Today I visited this Zales location and was kindly welcomed the very second I entered the store. The purpose of my visit was to have my diamond cleaned and inspected. I had the pleasure of working with Raquel Kodos, she was kind, pleasant and extremely helpful without being pushy. She helped my fiancé and I with comparing options for our wedding bands. Again she was amazing with explaining our options and her impeccable patience while I tried on band after band. Ive never had such a flawless experience at any other Zales location and I am glad that I chose this location. From this day forward Zales in the Emerald Square Mall will be my go to location and I plan to buy all future purchases from Raquel specifically! Thank you for your kindness!

Purchased a ring from this store about a year ago, and the band has broken 5 times. Every time i take it back, all they do is "repair" it. The staff are rude. Im currently waiting for the ring that i gave back to be "repaired". They said it would take 2 weeks and that was 3 weeks ago. I went today to ask if it has come in and all they say is "it should be here in a couple of days". All i get from this store is a headache.

Although she was nice, she failed to communicate that it would take over 3 weeks to adjust my diamond ring. When we inquired over the phone about the status 7 days later, we were rushed off the phone as if we were waisting her time.

Staff was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to get me approved and out the door with everything I wanted. Couldnt have been a better experience, and I am officially engaged now :)

Worst customer service ever walked in wasnt greeted waited for 20 mins. Another customer walked in a couple mins after me was greeted and helped first.
