I cant say enough good things about this company. They do things the old fashioned way, completely by hand, and they stand by their work. The best customer service I have ever seen. First of all, I bought my wifes custom engagement ring from Brahim back in 2012. The service was excellent and Brahim worked with me to design the perfect ring that was exactly what my wife wanted! I couldnt have been happier, he is work is professional, unique, and fast! Fast forward a few years, my wife found that the ring just didnt fit as well as it used to (she lost some weight). I dropped by Brahims shop and he bent over backwards to make it right. First he added a couple gold beads inside the band (per our our request) to try and make it smaller without a full resize. Unfortunately that didnt quite do it for my wife so we went back. Brahim offered to do a full resize of the ring and he didnt even charge us anything! Now the ring fits beautifully! We went in the weekend before Thanksgiving and he had it ready 4 days later! Awesome service! These guys are as good as it gets between customer service and standing behind their product! A pleasure to work with! Dont hesitate to give these guys a shot!

Last Saturday I had My Engagement ring Sized and 2 prongs Fixed while I was shopping at Burlington Mall ( It Took The Jeweler About Three Hours to have the job Done ). earlier I did some research and took my ring to some other Reputable Jewelers.Not any Jeweler ,Got Few quotes, One From Zales .They Asked $375 .Longs Jewelers in Natick estimated the cost up to $480... When I picked it up ,I Looked hard for any imperfection.There was none, you cant even tell if the ring was Ever sized. Bottom Line the price was right not bargain-basement. Though most importantly the work was beyond perfect! and I did not have to wait two week to get back my Diamond Ring. Dont get me wrong Folks I wasnt shopping for the price . Brahim has made two custom pieces, one for me and one for my wife. Both pieces turned out beautifully. In both cases, he and his team were easy to work with and gave me a fair price, estimated up front. The pieces were ready on time and they even volunteered to clean up my wedding ring. They expertly repaired my wifes enagement ring. Their shop is filled with beautiful pieces. I cant say enough good things about this business. And I never write reviews!
