10 years ago I brought many many pieces of gold jewelry that I had no longer used to MRT to create some solid gold bangles for myself. The woman behind the counter told me I had enough to make 2 bangle bracelets. When the bracelets were completed I asked her why I was only able to make 2 bracelets from the whole bag of gold that I had brought in and her reply was that all of the other "metals" were melted out and this is what we was left with. Not knowing enough about the process I believed her. 5 years later I went back to have more bracelets made and not having nearly as much gold as I did the first time, the salesman said there was enough gold to create 6 bracelets. I never said anything but deep down inside knew something wasnt right and the woman had not been honest with me. Not sure what ever happened to all of my other gold, or the saleswoman, but I hope someone eventually caught on to her!

I have tried several times to give MRTs the benefit of the doubt because they are local and not a big chain store. Unfortunately each time I have gone in there I have been met with a stuck up attitude and a lack of customer service. Ive had a ring made there, repairs made and each time its the same thing.
