do not do business with these people I had a loan which I kept renewing for the last 3 years due to health problems. Never late I had an emergency surgery which left paying it late. on the third day of being overdue they put it out for sale but told me I could come in and pay double the loan amount to get it back. Talked to 2 different workers, so I went down there to pay double the amount to get it back but when I showed up they told me they couldnt let it go for $600 because it was a $4000 marked item and they would sale it to me for $3000. I was told on the phone by two different people that their POLICY is you can buy it back for double the loan amount. they do not stand by their policy. I was told to use diiff place. Great service-bigger loans!! they stand by their 90 day loans and actually give you an extra 30 day with a small fee. WARNING DO NOT TRUST THEM... Place SUCKS. Clicking fair/poor button is to good of a remark. when the older lady sold it to her kids was a bad move for customers. Oh in the best thing about this talk about karma, they could of sold me my fake Rolex back for $600, but no greedy people will learn a lesson guess what youre trying to sale a faux Rolex for $4000. *WARNING TO CUSTOMERS. IF THEY SELL THIS FAUX WATCH AS REAL WHAT ELSE THEY TRYING TO SCAM.

When we went to Boston Jewelry Company, it was to pick out a bridal set for my wife. Doug showed us several options to go with her engagement ring. She picked out a beautiful ring but decided she wanted a matching one for other side of her ring (of course she did). They didnt have a match but that didnt faze Doug, he offered to make her one. He made the piece and connected them so the engagement ring would just drop inside as though it was meant to be. I will be returning to Boston Jewelry, Im sure many times over the course of my life because of the knowledge, quality and service they provide. And also because a happy wife makes for a happy life! were rude and dismissive. I had a platinum ring with sapphire stones and a 3 carat diamond that I took here... I just had it appraised for 17k and they said it may be worth 800 bucks and were very rude as I am a young man and asked "just how I got the ring" when really its none of their damn business, it was a family heirloom. Funny because I just wanted to see what they would offer me as i knew it would be a lowball offer because of their poor reputation around town.These guys are ignorant and a waste of time to see.

Re-linked my gold necklace twice for $20 each time. The jeweler did a great job linking the very fine chain back together and did it very quickly. He is also very principled and prideful of his work. He wont gauge you for fixes you can do yourself. Because of the price, I wouldnt recommend getting your yard-sale-impulse-buy stainless steel bracelet fixed here. The engagement ring your grandgrandmother gave you before she passed away? Heck yeah.

Just came back from here, and Doug was really really nice! I read great reviews online and gave him a call. He fixed the crown of my husbands watch, and hear this, FOR FREE! He spent his time opening the watch, putting the crown back on its place and he seemed really knowledgeable and delicate. It was a great experience and for sure Ill recommend him to anyone.
