I dont write many reviews, but I absolutely had to write one on Adjour jewelry. To start off I gave only about an hour warning before arriving to the shoppe. I was greeted by the master jeweler,owner Klaus, with a warm and inviting smile. We sat down and discussed options to redo a wedding ring set I hadnt worn in many years. I hadnt worn it because it always got stuck on everything, not very practical . I explained my personality and how my life is ,my day to day and Klaus knew exactly what I wanted. I hadnt totally committed to him making it yet, because I wanted to speak to my husband first. Klaus didnt make me feel pressured or if there was any rush. I made the decision shortly after and within the day I recieved a 3D image of what my ring would look like based on his ideas. It was amazing ,if you lack imagination, this helps you so much to create the perfect ring. Im surprised he understood what I wanted, because I asked for modern, but vintage , and strong but femanine. I recieved a ring that was everything I described and exceeded my expectations. It was created at the shoppe, which is pretty impressive considering most places send for jewelry to be made off site. I recieved it within a week. If youre wondering whats so special about Klaus/Adjour ; he is a master jeweler, trained in switzerland, that it a very hard thing to find in the U.S. I would highly suggest to take advantage of his skills and knowledge. You can truly see the quality and workmanship in the peices he creates, Just look around his jewelry cases. I can guarantee when you get one of his creations, you will most likely never return to a "cookie cutter" chain store. I hope to make Adjour my life long jeweler and a family tradition.

My husband and I first went to Klaus at A Jour because we had a very bad experience at a large chain jewelry store. He took the stones from my original engagement and wedding band and created one beautiful ring that I wore for many years alone. I stumbled across a diamond tennis bracelet that I had not worn in years and once again returned to see Klaus. He took the diamonds and created 2 beautiful bands to complement the original piece he had made for me. I liked the fact he could use my old jewelry to create a modern unique ring that I will cherish forever. I referred my son to Klaus last Saturday for an engagement ring for his girlfriend. Once again Klaus did not disappoint he created a truly stunning ring for my son. He is a pleasure to work with. Klaus is one of the few jewelers left out there. True craftsmanship is a dying trade. He makes all of his own jewelry and works within your budget. I referred my son to him because I trust him and he always delivers a quality and durable piece of jewelry. My son and his new fiance will return to create truly stunning wedding bands when the time comes. Klaus will be our family jeweler for life. I will never purchase anything from a store at the mall. I would like to say that Klaus is nothing short of being a .....magician! I brought my ideas and my moms jewelry (a bangle, earrings, a pendant, a solitaire diamond ring) to Klaus and he transformed them into 1 ring especially for me- the design process, his intuition and the end results were better than I ever imagined it could be! He knew what I wanted before I did! His workmanship proves what a talented artist he is and I couldnt be more thrilled with the end result...when I look at the ring I think of my mom and dad and how happy I am that I trusted A Jour Jewelry to have the vision and capability to create this special piece. THANK YOU Klaus! UPDATE: we have since had 3 more rings made by Klaus ! HIs and hers trinity rings made from generations of family gold and diamonds. How cool is that! THANK you AGAIN Klaus.

We were really impressed with Klaus, He listened to what we wanted, which was a different experience from other jewelers we tried. His style is simple and elegant, but when I asked for something a little less simple, he interpreted it and gave it back to me better than I had even imagined. I have a really beautiful piece that my husband-to-be and I designed together and Klaus made into a reality... Thats really special to us! He is prompt and professional, but has an approachable sense of humor. We drove all the way from Providence to see him multiple times and honestly Im trying to make up an excuse to go back now that we have our wedding rings! It was a pleasure.

I came to Klaus with a sketch of a ring for my now fiancee after hearing nothing but the best, and let me say not only did he live up to expectations, he surpassed them. Klaus worked his magic and the ring I had envisioned became a reality. He was very personable, incredibly patient, and walked me through the whole process from choosing the stone to creating the ring. I must have called him thirty times and Klaus was always happy to talk and make last minute adjustments. I feel very lucky that I got Klauss name from a gemologist. The ring Klaus & I designed is a combination of a wedding ring, anniversary ring, a diamond earring that belonged to my late mother in law and a ring my husband bought me after our 3rd child was born. The time Klaus & I spent going back and forth telling him what I liked and didnt like gave Klaus a true understanding of my vision. The ultimate finished product is the most beautiful ring because it holds all my memories and is spectacular to look at. I cant stop looking at it.
