Went to my local mall and none of the Pandora items I wanted were available. I wish I had checked online first because this location is just 5 minutes away! I called and asked for the items, they found them and put them aside for me. I even explained I would have to probably bring it back for resizing/replacement and they were understanding. I brought the ring back, they got me the right size after my wife tried it on, and everything worked great. Incredible customer service, very helpful and down to earth. I plan on doing any future purchases here first, and would recommend to anyone else.

Tried to get a ring sized for my girlfriend. They called the emerald I paid nice money for a green stone and were afraid to size it because they didnt want stones falling out. I pretty much was turned away. Went to Zales. They said that any idiot could have done it. Ended up going to a small jewelers kiosk in the mall. Did it cheaper and faster than anyone else. Its fine though. Ill go elsewhere to purchase the engagement and wedding ring - and I like to spoil her.

I brought six watches to have the batteries replaced. They mangled the back of one, overcharged me and it only worked for a day as it is shorting out. They tried to hand it back to me with sharp edges from the damage they caused. A second watch they replaced the battery in is dead already less than two months later! To top it off, the conversation was extremely unprofessional... Highly advise against going here!

Great family run business, the employees are skilled and do great work. I went in to pick out a gift and the selection was great. They also have very fast and affordable watch repair. I would recommend going here if you are in the area or Salem NH as well

Did not buy the ring from them, but took it in on a weekend to be resized. Gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable and seemed honestly concerned with making sure the ring would be last for a long time to come :)
