Stopped by LLG after having a horrible experience at another local jewelers (Longs in Burlington). Im newly engaged and had brought my ring to Longs to have it resized. After the resizing I noticed how incredibly loose the center stone was (its brand new and was not loose before) so much so that it was about to fall out of the setting. I brought the ring back and was given no apology or refund for the horrible work they did. They told me the ring was poorly constructed (its a ring they sell in their stores!!) and it loosening was inevitable and happened from normal wear and tear (ive only had it a week!!). They quickly tightened the prongs and showed me the door. Frustrated and wanting a second opinion on my ring I went to the closest jeweler I could find, which was LLG. I was warmly welcomed and I explained what happened and the jeweler was incredibly nice and helpful. He brought out tweezers and showed me that the diamond was STILL loose even after Longs had fixed it - he even gave me the tweezers to try for myself! He then tightened the prongs and checked the security of the center diamond and all the accent diamonds in front of me, and polished and shined the ring beautifully. A newly engaged woman does not want to worry about her diamond falling out and getting lost, and I feel at ease because of his great work. I was so happy to finally experience some friendly, HELPFUL customer service, and I will definitely be coming back to LLG for all my repairs!!

I had a lot of old jewelry I wanted to cash in and get a nice piece for my wife. I checked many places to see what the best price I would get for my gold until my friend suggested that I go to LLG Jewelry. They gave me the best price around! The difference was a lot more than other places which makes you wonder sometimes. I ended up getting a beautiful diamond ring for my wife from them and my wife wears it every day. Its her favorite piece of jewelry. I highly recommend LLG Jewelers, plus the owner is really nice to talk to. He takes his time in explaining everything which is a big plus.

I had Zhorab create a ring out of my mothers engagement ring after she passed away. He did such a great job. He even engraved my moms name inside the ring for free after we came up with a price quote, and, added 2 more stones I had from earrings (also did this work for free). He used my moms actual gold from her ring, so, its even more special. I was surprised how easy this was. I went in and sketched a picture of what I wanted... a couple days later he emailed me a computer generated image for me to confirm. So professional. He exceeded my expectations!
