This has been the absolute worst customer service. On 3/12/2016 I had an eye exam and chose a pair of glasses that were to be ready on 3/14/2016. When I arrived to pick them up, they were broken. No one had called to tell me that this happened. I was told that another pair would be ordered and would arrive for me to pick up on 3/17/2016. When I arrived on 3/17/2016, I was told that the wrong pair had been delivered. All of the employees seemed to be aware of this, but no one had called to let me know. I was told that the correct pair would be shipped and that I could pick them up on 3/22/2016 and that I would receive a call when they were ready. I never received a phone call. I called on 3/23/2016 to make sure that my glasses were ready before I when in for a third attempt to get them. I was told that they had not yet arrived. I encountered resistance when I asked for a refund, and at no point in the process did I receive more than a half hearted apology. I will not recommend this location to anyone. The one star is only because zero was not an option.

I had a wonderful experience last Saturday there. I needed new glasses asap, since I was going out of town Monday and on my part I shouldve thought of that sooner. I called Friday afternoon, scheduled an eye exam for Saturday at 9:00, and when I got there, one of the associates, heather, really helped me though the process. After my eye exam they gave me plenty of time to select my frames, so I didnt feel rushed to make a quick desicion, which has happened to me before at another place, and I ended up never wearing that pair. So after I had my frames picked out, Heather went over all of the options I had and explaining everything to me. So when I left she had told me it would take about 3 hours, which for me was still awesome, since I had two pairs. Once I got home, about 15 minutes later I got a call from heather, saying my glasses were ready. My glasses were ready in less than an hour! Also received a thank you note from heather the following Monday. Really excellent customer service. I will be going back for sure.

Two pairs of lenses were purchased on 3/12/13 for two separate frames. One Ray Ban flexible frame with standard lenses and one Ray Ban Aviator frame with polarized sunglass lenses. On 4/15/13 I received a broken Aviator frame after the prescription was botched and the replacement attempt at the lab in Georgia resulted in damage to the right barrel. The flexible frames had the right prescription but the lenses were too large and they therefore would not fully close. After further inspection I found a chip on the top of the right lens and was told the lab could polish and remount the lenses. I declined this offer for fear of damage to these frames as well and was given a full refund. They can provide a cheap product with same day service, but beyond that they cannot cut and mount lenses for frames they do not carry because it is not already programmed into their CAD system. The sales associate admitted to me upon receipt of my refund that anything over -7 is beyond their ability. Food for thought!

I have used eyeglass world for years. The customer service we received on yesterday was horrible. Heather is not the sweetest at all. Horrible customer service and from what I gathered she doesnt work well under pressure. They were quite busy and she seemed to be rushing didnt want to take time and out and answer any questions. She gave me annoyed look and tone. I like the doctor so I may revisit again but I dont plan on purchasing from here simply because of the horrible customer service. I also called and asked pricing questions and she stated she didnt know, placed me on hold and after being on hold for more than 10 minutes I hung up. She doesnt seem to know her job at all. I have priced matched for years now suddenly my "insurance doesnt allow me to price match. Im sure it doesnt matter but they just lost a customer. My biggest pet peeve is customer service. I can spend my hard earned dollars somewhere else,

The customer service was nice but thats about it. The day I went in their lab was shut down and I was rushed out. Id given the girl who helped me my glasses and she assured me as soon as the lab was opened back up, theyd get them ready and call me. I also had an exam for contacts and was given a trial pair. 2 weeks later I havent heard from them so I call. After being on hold 4 different times for over 15 minutes, Im told they show nothing on my chart for over a year. I was given a trial pair of contacts and am now told I have to come back in and see the dr again. This is not a very good run business although I will say they are super nice.

So elated with my customer service from Bria on yesterday, she was amazing!! However their machines were down and she informed me that the frames may be ready for pickup today. I simply called to check the status and I got Heather on the phone. She obviously is having a bad day. Heather was short and rude with me and said there was no reason for my frames to be sent to another location for completion and the part for their machine may be in tomorrow. She needs to be kept off of the phones. I highly doubt that I will refer anyone to her. Ive had a bittersweet experience in the past 24 hours. Thanks Bria and Tonya for being so pleasant.

Terrible!!! One day service is a joke. When I picked up my first pair there was no one availble to do the adjustments. Second pair, notified after more than 10 days that the frames I ordered were discontinued, had to go back twice to pick out another pair but it was too busy. Each time there were people in the store that had been waiting 45 minutes or more. When I finally picked out another frame, it was 2 weeks before they came in. I will not use Eyeglass World ever again, and will not reccommend them to anyone.

The two-for-one deal is not worth it. I recommend going somewhere else for a good pair of glasses. The service is poor, and the added cost of the lenses on top of their "deal" makes them just as expensive as much better places. Also, the doctor associated with the center gave me a bad prescription--Ive never had the problem of needing to go somewhere else to get a second eye exam after Ive already paid for much-too-expensive glasses.

Ive been going to this same location since 2006. They have always given me exceptional service! Ive only had one slightly unperfect visit....but everyone has a bad day once in awhile and those staff members arent even there anymore. Their prices are the best around and I really feel like they give personal, individual service to meet each customers needs!

Pushed into contacts. Had to go to ER to have one removed. Not enough training. Called once to pick-up. Ten days later I called to see if eyeglasses were ready. Stated they only call once. Handed me glasses without offer of adjustment. Inconsiderate. Like my business didnt matter. Never go here.
