I adopted an Alaskan Malamute about 4 years ago and every year I get her the "Furminator"... In the past it has been fantastic and has lasted the majority of the summer. This year not so much... Its as though she never even got the "Furminator" So I called the Ogden Pet Smart to talk to a manager about this considering I have been a dedicated customer for over 8 years now and hoping someone would listen to my concern about my dogs hair and maybe offer to make it right, considering its almost 200 dollars when getting your dog groomed there with the "Furminator" I called and left a message for the grooming salon manager to call me considering she was not there when I called last night. Quaila called me... She is apparently the manager over the grooming department. She did not listen to me. She did not offer anything to be exact. She told me what was wrong with my dog. She told me that the weather has changed drastically from summer to summer so more than likely it was my dogs coat. And if I wanted to reschedule with the original girl it would still be the total cost for the "Furminator" Sad that one simple thing could have been handled so much more differently and professionally. Though instead "Quaila" chose Cost over customer service. So thank you Quaila, I have now chosen to take my business else where... Thanks for reminding me on how important it is to simply listen.

This store is kind of dim and maybe Im strange, but I want to walk in to a clean, bright place. The staff is OK. But I miss the Salt Lake Store in my old neighborhood, where they took interest in my dog and seemed happy to be there. This store does not have a very good selection, in my opinion. Yes, I know I can order online but I came to the store because I want flushable poo bags now and a cute, stylish color. All I ever see fir my dogs size, is plain collars. Good selection of food and treats and toys. Although I can get my dogs food on amazon for a lot cheaper and get 2 day delivery to my door. So if Im forced to shop online, thats where Im going. Sorry Ogden Petsmart.... your store is so so.

PetSmart has very helpful staff theyre willing to help you figure things out if you need to come up with a plan for your pet they will help guide you where the best products are for your needs and also let you know whats on special if there are some specials going on in the store so that you have an option to pick up something that you been wanting to theyll even help with getting your training needs met they have a trainer that is very helpful and useful shes very knowledgeable and a lot of things for each individual the dog that you have

I have my puppy in a training class and Stephanie, the trainer. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I take all of my dogs to be groomed there and Im very happy with the service we receive. I appreciate everyone in the store is knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely care about my pets. The store is well stocked, clean and the prices are reasonable. It is easy to access and not as busy as Riverdale, so I receive lots of attention and good service when I shop there.

Great experience. We have 2 stinky very hairy German Shepherds. We brought them in for a full service groom aka teeth brushed, defurred, nails clipped, anal glands, ears cleaned ect. Moniz and Prissy were the groomers and did a wonderful job! Our dogs look and smell so great! And our dogs are happy. We plan to come back every 6 weeks to get our mutts groomed. Also we left a tip and we suggest you do the same!

My dog cried in pain all night. I made an appointment to see the vet after they "expressed" his anal glands. He is in a lot of distress. I feel very bad for him. The staff has all gone from when the store was first opened. Management has ridden themselves of anyone who cared about animals. Was great, now worthy of a lawsuit.

My Dog got really hurt after grooming. Lost trust in petsmart grooming in North Ogden one. Didnt believe everything else i had seen on facebook about dogs getting hurt after being groomed... now wish i would have believed everything. Extremely upset and disappointed. Dont take your babies there ever.

Amazing customer service everytime I visit, the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and well-stocked. The trainer is outstanding and experienced, she quickly helped us turn our pups from lil demons into the respectable fur-balls they are now.

Went there twice to get my dogs nails groomed and they were closed. Once at 5:20p on a Saturday. The reason? No available work hours for the groomers. Try better scheduling. Will take our business elsewhere from now on.

The grooming center at the Ogden Petsmart is AWESOME! I took my year and a half great dane in today, and they did an amazing job. There prices are very great! Ill go back there everytime! Thanks girls!

Ordered a gps tracker for my cat through this store since he likes to stay out for days at a time. It is a great product and the store is pretty nice as well. Ill be shopping here again.
