Went there about a week ago and bought a Ball Python. I was disgusted with the lack of any knowledge these kids have in regards to reptiles. I remember asking when the last time it was fed and they gave me a chart which showed scheduled feedings no specific details just shows 2 weeks of feeding and snake did not eat all times tried. Then I wanted to know what size mice are they being fed and they told me fuzzies. Im telling you right now they are slowly killing thier animals and reptiles. When I brought this snake home It was extremely under weight did my research to find that these snakes that they are currently selling are supposed to be fed regular feeder size mice all I could feel on the poor snake was skin and bone. I fed him a regular size feeder mouse LIVE because it refused dead frozen mice. These people need to understand every snake is different in nature. Some will eat dead and some will eat LIVE or fresh killed. These breeds are picky and Im sure these snakes refuse alot and these employees do not care.

Jus drive a lil farther and save urself the blatant disregard and disrespect. I was making a quick stop today my wedding day! To get toys for my 3 dogs because i will be gone for hours. At the register. The un trained cashier couldnt even do a simple return. It took her 20 min and she had to get help. The man ended up leaving with out a full receipt. So i step up ring up for a 50 dollar bill. I hand her a 100. A man waltzes over and starts helping the customer s behind me at the next register. My cashier asked him for change and he told her to get someone else to help her. Not him. A man literally with change that second. Ive been here 45 min im getting married today i cant wait i took my money amd left with out my product. So now im a hour behind without toys for my babies. Worst petsmart ive ever been to i might cancel my pet perks because of these people and my experience. Plz jus drive a lil farther and save urself the trouble. These people dont care about helping you here.

I took my dog here to be groomed, and I will NEVER do it again. The staff was unfriendly from the minute we walked in. The girl who was asked to groom my dog did so begrudgingly and acted like it was a bother. When we came back to get her, the lady who asked us who we were there to get was unfriendly too. They had to put my dog in a kennel for a few minutes while we finished up in the store, maybe 10 minutes tops. She rudely informed us that we were supposed to wait for the grooming to be done when we were told in the beginning that we were okay to go look around the store. Like they didnt have the room for a 10 pound dog for just 10 minutes?? After examining my dog, I noticed they cut two of my dogs nails too short and made them bleed. I will be returning to Petco to have my dog groomed, as they are ALWAYS friendly and ALWAYS careful with my dog.

Ive been to another PetSmart many times for my Rottweiler and theyve always had a hard time trimming his nails and using the blow-dryer. As soon as I showed up, Sami knew exactly who he was, was calling him pet names like I do, and was so friendly. I told her not to worry about the nails and to just air dry him. When I picked him up she said that he just needed a little extra love and patience and she was able to get him to let her trim his nails and use the blow dryer. She was so friendly and did such a good job, I will always make sure she takes care of him in the future.

Most of the girls that work there are nice, but every time I go in theres a certain one working, I dont know her name, and she is anything but friendly. I dropped my puppy off at 12:30 to get groomed, and checked back at 3:30 because I was in the neighborhood and they just barely finished washing him. Meaning my puppy was in a kennel for 3 hours without them doing anything. There are many other better, cheaper places to go, where the people actually care about your animals. Dont waste your time or money on this business.

I guess this place is fine. I dont like animals. But I guess if you DO like animals, this place has everything you need, except a comfortable temperature in the store. Apparently the animals need it warmer, but the animal writing THIS review needs it cooler dammit! I dont like making lizard purchases with sweat stains under my arms. I didnt buy anything...had to talk my girlfriend out of it by compromising and not buying a fish, but going to eat sushi instead.

Took my dog in to get groomed. All four of his legs have brutal looking cuts and burns from their clippers. Plus, every single paw has a cut in between the pads. Four hours for a haircut but it appears as though they rushed through it. Just terrible. I wish that I could post pictures on this review so that you could see how bad it is. Now my poor dog cant stop licking his wounds, shaking or jumping in pain. Trip to the vet is in order. Thanks

I would give negative if I could!! They treat their employees like garbage!! And when you express your concerns they fire you instead9f abiding by the laws! They dont punish the people who injure your animals its just a slap in the hand to not do it again. They discriminate against certain people. Managment doesnt know their butts from their faces!! Awful company to work for and do business with!

I go in once a week to buy goldfish and the guy they have in there is very rude. I came home with goldfish and almost half of them are died before I got them home. It only takes me ten minutes to get home so there should be no reason they should die by then. If you are looking for fish do not go there

Its the cleanest pet store I know of. There is of corse the evidence of there being dog pee Everywhere but they do a pretty good job about cleaning it up. Some of the other pet stores in the area are really bad and I really hate taking my dog where everywhere you look there is a pile of dog pee.

Always a horrible experience! I ask every time to not shave my dog, but her face is always shaved. Then they refused to take the time to brush her out only stated they would shave her. Terrible customer service! And when they were clipping my bulldogs nails she fell off the table.

Do not buy fish from this store. 90% of the fish Ive purchased here die within a few days, and my water tested fine so its not my tank. They have a 14-day refund policy but its not worth it to keep going back to the store for new fish that are just going to die in a few days.

Always have a good time bringing my dog here to have her nails trimmed. The groomers are very nice and when I walk around the store, I always have at least 1 other employee greet me and/or ask if there is anything I need help finding. Great service culture at this location.
