This place and good service and an excellent selection of any kind of animal accessories/food as expected. The store is very easy to navigate, and the layout is simple enough to understand at a glance. Their dog/cat section is massive. They have everything from food to toys to medications. They also have a groomer as well. They can cut your dogs hair, wash the dog and clip the dogs nails for a very fair price. Perfect for those who dont want to/cant wash or groom their dog. The only one complaint I have is that their prices on merchandise is fairly high. You can definitely find dog food WAY cheaper online or someplace else, but you might be saying $10-$20 a bag. If youre on a budget, this isnt the place for you. Other than the hefty prices, the place is fun to visit and is SURPRISINGLY clean for a business that encourages pets to be present.

Just a quick note to compliment the staff and groomers at the Scottsdale Promenade location. We have had our 10 month old wheaten terrier trained by Kirsten and groomed by an several of the groomers, the most recent of whom is Bri. The care, the love and talent for grooming Lucy to look both healthy and cute is applaudable. In addition, the girls who cared for Lucy a couple months ago also were quick to call to our attention that her tummy looked unusual where she was healing from being spayed…it turned out she had an infection on the site and, thanks to the groomers attention, we got it treated immediately. Thank you for all you do to to your best at your job! We greatly appreciate you. Thanks!

When I visit this store I have had the same exact experience twice in a row! I have to ask the young help to direct me to an item I want, and they often are not very knowledgeable or helpful. ...then I look for one particular elderly saleswoman who always comes up to me and asks if she can help me before I even open my mouth. ...and she always knows where things are and is delightful. 5 stars for her.....only!

This store has always been the best i come to this one all the way from NE phoenix because the managers and customer service can not be beat today they not only exchanged a 3 week old pet barrier that was bought in another state without a receipt but had a guy install it properly. I will continue to drive to this one for my needs. Ty soooo much for your help

Livestock is lacking variety, staff is respectful, and helpful. The rodent livestock is limited to 5 different breeds; Robo Dwarf, Syrian Long Haired & Syrian Short Haired,Winter White, and Guinea Pigs. Canary livestock had more variety, and the reptiles were low on stock.

Amazing store. Everyone is so helpful. Just bought an American Bully puppy named Karma and they set us up perfectly with everything Karma needs. They love animals and provide help that is second to none! Great job! Best employees on the planet

Great for cats and dogs. Used to carry a decent amount of bird supplies, but its been cut back to bare minimum of food, toys. No food supplements nor antibiotics that used to be a staple here.
