I always have a great visit here. The customer service is amazing. They really treat your pets well here. You cant get this kind of service at Petsmart or any other big box store. Also the groomer who took care of my dogs was patient, caring and really knew what she was doing. My lab mix is a handful to deal with when trimming his nails. So much so that I have been turned down by several grooming facilities. Not only was Pet Planet successful in trimming his nails, but they did it with relative ease to my dog.
