Went into this Petco for Vetco multiple times because its right next to my GFs work. Some of the staff is helpful, but whenever I would go in with my puppy (3-4 times) I would be asked by the same older, shorter lady if I wanted puppy training. Every time I would answer with no because I know how to train my own dog and she would keep trying to push it on me. Same with coupons and other sales. I appreciate the idea behind the need for sales, but with me trying to keep my puppy under control (which I was till she comes up), her constant need to push sales onto me has given me an anxiety attack twice now. If I seem busy with my dog, stop trying to sell me stuff. I wont go back with her there because I am tired of telling her no every 5 seconds. Vetco was awesome though. 5 stars for them, very helpful.

I took my daughters dog to get Santa pics as a Christmas gift she asked for. Took my grandson with me to get them. The santa was late. Then you could watch him get dressed in the other room. I had to take him away so he didnt see it. The worker that took the pics stopped to buy a pizza and chat up the pizza guys while we waited. Just all around not a good experience. Took over an hour to get one pic and we were the first ones there. The santa was just no fun. Wont go back.

Today 6/15/17 at 11:00 am I took my dog to the groomers my dog is a yorkie he wasnt ready until2:45pm so I thought by them taking so long he was going to look great low and behold I was so disappointed they took away all his yorkie features this lady name Ashley groomed him I will never go back you only have to mess up one time with me now I have to wait for his hair to grow back an find another groomer all I wanted was his legs and body cut low and his face trimmed smh

worst grooming experience ever dog was still dirty by ears and tail, had several mats left behind ears and on tail. It looked like they barely washed her, cut a few mats and stuck her under the blow dryer in a cage without ever brushing her. For this they charged me 57.00. update, complained to manager they refunded my money and manager redid the dog. was happy with managers redo but didnt like having to complain and all the hassle to get my dog done right

I will only shop at Petco because there is a guy named Bruce there who has helped me out with my fish tank needs.He is extremely knowledgeable about fish and actually cared about my problems with them.He goes above and beyond his job.Bruce is courteous,friendly and very attentive.Thank you Bruce for all your help. The lady mentioned in most of these ads MUST be the same lady who was rude on my visit to the store! No interest in her job or answering questions, no smile or greet.."someone obviously hates her job!!the lady wore a tshirt with "dog trainer" on her back!Anybody can be called a dog trainer!..I would put the pooch in the dog kennel for a attitude check!

I purchased food for my cat (brand we have used previously with no problems) this time she had an intestinal reaction. Not good with any animal especially an indoor cat. I called store explained the problem and was told to bring in for exchange. No hassle, no problem, just good old fashioned customer care and concern. Great customer service.

I stopped to use my rewards and purchase Denta sticks. The large size for my dog but left empty handed.They did not have any!!! They only had the small size. Guess what people in Arizona have large dogs. I was very disappointed. So my rewards are useless. I will shop at Pet Smart they keep their shelves stocked. I suggest you do the same.

Horrible store... Black security guard spends all his time flirting with cute black cashier girl... Waited and waited just to get 5 lousy feeder goldfish... Scott, older guy with long grey ponytail had the worst attitude ever... Absolutely lazy and worthless... Hope he gets fired... I will go to Petsmart across street from now on.

Never going here again. Walked in, couldnt find anything. Stuff is not sorted by dogs, cats, etc. The cat food is mixed among (not exaggerating) 4 aisles. The shelves were empty, products were not stocked. I felt like I was in an eerie abandoned store.

Just want to let people know that this petco is not open 9am to 10pm they are open 9-9 monday threw saturday, and open 10am to 7pm on sundays.
