I love to shop ,have dog foods I cant get in one place, i have 3 dogs, i spend $3 aday on each dog !! Or $9 aday on all 3 about $300 a month! But Im a dog lover, my wife and me have had 3 sets of 3dogs in are life ,were 74 ,we have 10 kids between the both of us, And 12 grandchildren,4 great grandchildren,and we all love, & cats 6 an 20 dogs in 12 families, an thing can happen at an shop at any time or home, were all only human ,1 mistake out of 10,000 is not that big of a deal, love this shop & my vet at 19 ave & camelback , Bobbie and Dee Adams 5and Glendale!!

Roadside Diagnostic

Very bad experience, lady destroy my cats hair, his skins started to show up from multiple places, tail (was the most beautiful) now look horrible. no one at home can tell if this is the same cat. they cut his hair extremely unprofessionally, they did not dry him after the bath, so couldnt tell right after the service because he was wet, but after getting all dry made me cry. if you still end up there i would HIGHLY recommend not to leave your pet alone, just make time and stay there all the time.

This specific pet club has terrible customer service. They act like they dont care, there was one younger guy working there that was great. Compared to the other pet club this one is terrible and when they are wrong or mess up a order they show no care at all. Will never visit this pet club again. MANAGER does not help with anything how about you come out and address employees yourself when a order is wrong 3 times in a row. Other than this one pet club is awesome!

Great place. They were closed one night so i had to go to the other pet storeo n 67th street in glendale. The prices at the other store was at least 20 - 50 cents higher for each cat food. My cat loves BFF cat food and thats it. And the guy who works at the cashier is very sweet, i think his name is Chris. Hes definitely manager potential.

I enjoy shopping here. Great selection of high quality chews and food for my dog. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. If I have questions they happily walk me over and show me some options. Ive been going here for a little over a year.

Excellent selection of premium pet foods. My picky poodle likes the Arcana Heritage meat dry dog food.(grain free) Buy 12 and get 13th bag free#. They also have low cost vaccination program several times a month. Good customer service.

Nice staff, but every time Im here they tell me the next bag is free with my frequent buyers program. Nothing I can do to dispute it but the last three visits Ive been told the exact same thing. Done.
