Ive been bringing my dog here for about two years now. Rhiannon usually does a great job with my dog; however, the rest of the staff is extremely rude. It is always difficult for me to make a schedule and they are always rude when Im dropping my dog off. When I pick him up, he doesnt even smell like hes been bathed which would be fine if I wasnt paying for it! I called to make an appointment yesterday and the lady I talked to wasnt even paying attention to me as she was too busy talking and laughing with her coworkers while she was on the phone with me. She finally made me an appointment asking if 8 am would be okay for a grooming and I said yes. I brought him there this morning and they were confused as to why I was there. They let me leave him there and while I was on my way home they called back saying the groomer wasnt even there and isnt going to be 10:30 am. I obviously brought him there early because I had things to do later in the day so I had to pick him back up. When I came back, the ladies in there werent even apologetic for wasting my time. The ladies here are completely rude and definitely do not make you feel welcomed. Its taken me two years but I am definitely finding a new grooming salon. Somewhere that the staff is considerate and treats my dog like their own.

Went here to gain knowledge on reptile species for purchase later this month when I move in to my new home. I waited by the reptiles and birds for about half an hour. I even wasted time looking at tanks to give employees "time" to help me. Once I started counting I had 6 different employees make eye contact with me from down the isle but refused to help. The store had a total of 3 other customers in. I will now go to a more personal store with friendly employees who want to help their animals get a home. And to think, with purchase of my reptile plus a large tank and all the features to fill it, they seemed not to even care that they were going to lose hundreds.

We used to bring our dog to this petshotel often, but it seems like this location has gone down hill. The last handful of times we picked our dog up, the pets hotel area smells awful and looks unclean. Our dog smells terrible when she leaves, we always have to give her a bath after- they used to atleast spray her with something scented when she left and they dont even do that anymore. we have not experienced her leaving that way at other boarding facilities we took her to. I think for cleanliness and overall value for what you pay... camp bow wow is much better.

This is the PetSmart we shop at most frequently for all our various animal needs. Today we came in because we had a fish tank that was leaking that we were hoping to exchange under warranty. We did not have the original purchase receipt. The store manager, Andrew, went above and beyond to find a solution for us! His customer service was a shining example of what employees should strive to achieve. Five stars all the way!

I brought our older dog in to get groomed - we had taken him to a different location the time before and because our dog was old they said they couldnt cut his hair and only bathed him - this time he was scheduled with Nikki at this location and she was very understanding about our last visit and did a wonderful job grooming our old guy. She was very pleasant, and our dog looks great, I highly recommend her!!

The representative that scheduled my grooming for my pet took my number down wrong a few times. Then after setting my appointment and driving 17 miles, I get there and am told my dog needed an updated rabies shot (another $70) before I can have her groomed. Then I asked why did they not call me to tell me and she said they must have written the number down wrong. Poor service. Completely. Not worth the money.

Kind staff, but they are highly uneducated about the pets they deal with. I came to their reptile section to find out what would be good for my Bearded Dragon and the staff just gave guesses that were incorrect. Taking their advice, my Beardie got sick and almost died. Please be advised to look up information about your pets BEFORE going to this store. The staff are uneducated, but nice all the more.

The Banfield Pet Hospital on site is a money machine. I needed to have my puppies bandage changed as I am traveling and they wanted to charge $180 to change a 3 inch bandage on her leg. $40 office visit, $38 hospital stay?, $40 for ointment and other misc. charges. This place is a sham and not recommended if you love your pet and Shame on Petsmart for allowing it to happen in their store.

I shouldnt say she knicked him, she cut him! I didnt notice until I got home but he had a 3 inch cut under his armpit! Today they called to see if I would be bringing him back. I told them what I found and that they should have at least told me. Since they did not tell me, I wont go back. Things happen in grooming but tell the owner! Dont try to hid it.

Shopped here tonight after recently moving from Florida. I was very happy to find my dogs same food, BilJac, and purchased a large bag. The staff was very helpful lifting the large bag into my cart and then followed me to my car to load it. Very sweet and helpful employees work there and I would most certainly return to shop again!

They didnt care about my sick hampter that I bought there. A lady manager told me to put dry ice in the cage it will put her to sleep she said. I took it to Petco and they took her no questions asked and are taking her to the vet. This pet smart dont care about there animals they sell. Or any injured animals. They suck.

Really because I didnt have my dogs shots witch are only 8 days late they wouldnt even clip her nails. If thats the case then fu*k you petsmart i buy pretty much everything thing there but no more. That is the dumbest thing Ive ever heard of. Good ridden to you petsmart you just lost a good amount of money.

I have always had positive experiences at the grooming salon at this Petsmart. They have been courteous and helpful when both scheduling and checking in our dogs. I have always been satisfied with the end product, They do everything that w request and call us as soon as our dogs are done.

This store is great! Sometimes hard to find someone, but ask at the front and help will arrive. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Groomers were especially helpful when I asked questions about grooming my cat. I couldnt thank them enough. 5 stars for this store!

The sole purpose of this rate is because of the fish section. The staff was of little help but my biggest issue is how many dead fish there are. I could not count them. Dont buy fish from here!

GREAT HELP, got my feeder goldfish ! They had a bunch more THAT were larger than the price. New faces too. Nice store, so sorry I am moving to another area. Have to shop at another PetSmart.
