Originally I was super excited about this store when it first opened up but after three horrible experiences with the manager I completely regret spending my hard earned money here. The manager (overweight, elderly lady) is completely rude and always talks to me and my wife in a condescending way. We have also noticed her talk to other customers in the same fashion. Not sure if discrimination is going on but usually when theres smoke there is fire. Unless you enjoy being offended or accused of starving your dogs then I would recommend going to any place but here. What a disappointment as it is walking distance from my house.

The worst customer service I have ever had. I have been to this store several times because it is so close to my home and it is convenient for me but every time I go and this one female manager or employee is there she is so rude to me. I have never in my life had more disrespect from a person. I am so disappointed that they have not fired her yet. Please dont go to this store if you can avoid it.

I havent been here in a few months because I started feeding my rabbit and cats different food which is not offered here, but they do have a sizable selection of food, toys, treats, cages, carrying cages, and even some first aid items. YOUR DOG MUST BE ON A LEASH TO ENTER THE STORE!

Im always super impressed after my boy comes out from his grooming. He smells amazing and his shedding has seriously been reduced. The people are so friendly and its honestly a really good experience every time I go. Im not a review writer but this place totally deserves it.
