So happy to find my dogs food here! Visited Scottsdale for a short period and looked everywhere for Fromm until I found this store. Friendly staff and a clean pet store is hard to find these days. Highly recommended if you are looking specialty dog and cat food. Feliz de haber encontrado la comida para mis perros en este lugar! Visitamos Scottsdale por un corto tiempo y busque en todos lados hasta que encontré esta tienda. El personal es muy amable, la tienda organizada y limpia, eso es difícil de encontrar en cualquier parte. Altamente recomendable si estás buscando comida especial para perros y gatos.

Completely lost me as a customer today! Yes they offer a great selection and most of the associates are nice however, the guy who working today, whose family owns the company was extremely rude! They offer price match and when I went to check out I had said I have a few... he said of course you do I saw you looking at your phone ... trying to be funny and then he said this is my familys business.... I shouldve walked out but I really needed to get food. Dont offer a service and be rude about it. Ill never go back now

Prices on every product are double if your lucky but triple on most things. I recommend a honest feed and seed store. Pratts is very good or Amazon. Dont be over charged for pet supplies. Your animal deserves more for that price. I asked the guy about prices he does match if you want to spend all day not getting ripped off. But he took my questioning offensive as to why his prices are triple. Long story short. I will never shop or recommend here. And this place will be my example of overpriced pet stores.

Everything is overpriced, they pretty much only have dog/cat food and accessories and there are not any actual pets here. It looks like a hybrid between Wholefoods and Petsmart but without any of the good qualities of the two.
