I came here about a month ago to price products and lean about different dog foods. I felt bad asking for so much help and asking so many questions, but the young lady was cheerful and very knowledgeable. She didnt make me feel like I was bothering her at all. I got all of my questions asked and felt informed enough to come back two weeks later and choose the right dog food for my new companion. They even remembered me! Now I come here about once a week for supplies. Always clean and their prices are very reasonable for a small shop. Even with an annoying return , the staff handles it happily without issue.

Anyone who ranks this store low is basing their claims off of employees who are long gone and have since been replaced. Employees of this store go to meetings about their products to become educated from the companies themselves. They know their product and have multiple options for nearly every dog or cat owners situation. Pricing is much more affordable for good quality foods, not to mention great frequent buyer programs, and the management is very rational and reasonable.

Just left this store..went in to buy chicken jerky which is all marked $12.99 a bag..it rang up at $13.99.the clerk said "There is nothing she can do, she cannot change the price" according to her this is per her manager...I asked why the items were not priced correctly and her reply was "I dont know." In todays market I dont see how this is good market strategy but I will no longer shop at this store. At least the other pet stores honor the prices marked.

Im very pleased with the price of their dog food- definitely cheaper than Petco. I return to this store only because of the convenience in location to my home and for the prices. The staff for some reason ignores me when I come in and last time the guys just talked to each other and didnt both to chat/look at me while I was being rung up. Quite unprofessional.

I just visited there the other day for the first time and was so impressed with the personal attention I was given upon looking for a new diet for my dog. Everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgable. There was a variety of natural dog foods to choose from. I will definitely shop there again.

Called to get a bag of Wellness none of the other stores had had them save it for my boyfriend who was on his way. He arrived 4 minutes before the store closed and they jumped and locked the door in his face smiled and shrugged there shoulders so much for customer service??

I had avoided going into this store, because it "looked" pricey. I figured Petco had to be cheaper. NOPE! The same dog food was $9 a bag less at Pet Club. The staff had a clue and were extremely friendly. I will be back!
