I am new to town. My first time dealing with this store, the driver put a notice on my door with the address to the store to pick up next day. This was a Friday so after waiting the weekend I went in Monday to discover that it was on the truck out for redelivery, and we missed each other! No communication and since I live in an apartment, it was delivered to the office there which was then closed by the time I got home... Now today, Christmas eve, I check the tracking on a package that I should have received by the 10th of this month but was delayed and then I didnt get any new notifications of its whereabouts. The package status said it was changed from being delivered to me to a pick up at the store package (with no communication to the sender or me!) and I called the phone number to get a recording saying the regular store hours, but no holiday hours. After calling several times I decided to check Google for their holiday hours and came across the previous posters review. Mine was also Christmas gifts for my young children who will now have to wait till after Christmas. I wish the communication for this store was better and that they had recorded the different holiday hours. The sender used UPS and paid extra because of problems theyve had with USPS and figured the service would be much better. Apparently not. Just a waste of money, will not be using UPS if I can help it.

I had a shipment scheduled to be delivered at this store. It is Christmas Eve and I have been trying to call ALL MORNING to see when the delivery truck was supposed to arrive so I could immediately pick it up. NO ONE WAS ANSWERING and the recording said they were open until 6:30pm with no holiday hours recorded AT ALL. I received a text notification that my package was delivered to this location at 11:57AM. I got there at 12:10 PM only to discover they were CLOSED as of Noon for the holiday. Now I cant pick up until Saturday, AFTER CHRISTMAS! This was a CHRISTMAS GIFT, AND THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE I NEEDED! They could have at least called immediately upon receiving to see if I could come in and get it right away! Ot learn how to answer the phones!!!! I called all the other stores around the area to try and get in contact with this stores owner to reopen for just a minute, and of course, EVERY SINGLE STORE was open until 4 pm except 1 other, but they at least had the respect in recording their holiday hours! Whats worse, is this is not the first time Ive had problems with this store. I have only used them because they are close to home. The first time, they completely LOST my package upon it being delivered to their location. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My advice? Go to the one off Quincy and Buckley instead. This place on Smoky Hill gets NEGATIVE 10 STARS!!!!!!!

Awesome, awesome, awesome place! From the time I walked in, to the time I left, it was about 4 minutes, WITH chit-chat with the guy behind the counter. He asked for my number, asked if I shipped to the location before, taped up the package I brought, weighed it, and charged my card in just a couple of minutes. Super friendly too. The time I DIDNT spend mucking with paperwork and lines was so worth it! No hassle, no attitude, just great service! I almost never write reviews for places, good or bad, but I just had to for this place. The experience impressed me!
