I placed an order via email through them. Was VERY specific on it...10x13 plain paper not card stock or picture paper, etc. etc. And I wanted 2 copies in case I messed up on the first one...I was using it for a project. We went back and forth through email...they said they could do an 11x17 and they didnt see the attachment on the first ones...this was after calling twice to get the email...first person was uninterested in really talking to me, the second one (had to call back because I must of wrote the email down wrong) was RUDE. Anyway, settled on the 11x17...went to pick up my order this morning...it was on card stock...when I asked about it the woman acted like how dare I question it...she said we dont have that size in 11x17...I wasnt going to argue with them, because it was obvious it didnt matter. It was kinda like..yeah, I know what you ordered, but we didnt have that so we changed it...and thats that....had they let me know of that (which would have been the right way to do it) I could have came up with another option...but I wasnt given one. Oh and remember I asked for 2...received one...which really is a blessing since it wasnt what I wanted anyway and the quality was not good at all...lines running through the pic, etc. This is the second time that Ive went in there and been treated awful. I wont be going back again...sad since they are much closer...but it is sooo worth it to drive a little further for great customer service.

My sister sent a package not knowing I would be out of town when it would arrive. UPS sent me an email telling me it was coming, so I redirected it to the nearest UPS store. Then I got an emailing telling me that if I didnt pick it up by a specific date it would be returned. So I called this store and told them to please hold it. I gave all the details to the manager and the response was that "We have the package and there is no problem, not to worry. We will hold it for you." So before I get home I stop by the store to pick up my package. The two employees kindly do a search for the package. I meanwhile look up my phone record and show them when I placed the call. They said the manager was on duty at that time and day. They call the manager and she replies that the driver must have picked it up. She laid blame on the driver not herself. Having looked at the reviews here and similar complaints I would avoid this place, due to such consistent incompetence. Trust is vital to a business. The employees were apologetic. UPDATE: Package arrived at the store 5/11/17 the package as of today is in Portland OR, My sister had to repay to have it sent again which cannot arrive until 5/30/17 all this is due to the incompetence of this manager of this store.

I have done business with this store a few times in the past and found the prices high but I paid for the close location of the store since I was busy. I will never go into that UPS store again. I intended to ship a small package with a piece of jewelry in it out to the manufacturer for repair under warranty. I was told of a new procedure I must follow filling out and reading a form which required several initial locations and a signature. It was explained to me that since the package was not packed by the UPS store it would not be covered by any amount of insurance should it be lost, stolen, or damaged and that was what the signed form was all about. I wanted to pay for extra insurance of $400.00 and was told I could not because my item would not be covered if I packed it for shipping, not even the $100.00 free insurance provided by UPS. IN ADDITION TO THAT I was told my tracking number would only be given to me by email. I said I would like to at least take a pic of my shipping number with my phone before I leave just in case I dont receive it by email. She told me no. I said forget it and would be using FEDEX.

I had my UPS packages held for the holidays. Upon my return, I attempted to pick up a package at this store. The young girl (mikayla?) at the desk said I didnt have any packages. She didnt offer to try to find it, nor track it - just simply "its not here". Well, it was supposed to be! I called Amazon, who told me to call UPS main. I called and they spent a day trying to find my package, to no avail. UPS told me to contact Amazon to request a new shipment because they had lost it and that my original package would be returned. I did and received my item without incident. TWO WEEKS LATER I received a call from this store, telling me I need to get the package or Id be charged $5 per day for them to hold it!! When I explained the situation, the lady was short with me. Guys, this was YOUR mistake. Not mine. Work on your customer service, PLEASE! Consider an apology for losing my package. Not an attitude. This was my only experience at this store and I will NEVER be back.

I have been to this store several times in the 3 years I have been here. In the beginning it was great. I was usually helped by the same two females. They were always professional and kind. Then I went in and there was a lady who just did not have the customer service skills needed for this type of business. I went back another time and same thing. I quit going then and would just wait in the long lines of the post office. I went back in today and there are different people there. All three of them were very professional and pleasant. They did their best to be sure to at least acknowledge a customer that came in even though all three of them were helping other customers. I watched how each customer was treated and we all were treated like we were the only person standing there. Thank you

I would never recommend this store to anyone. Two months after losing my package and Im still waiting on a resolution we have been super patient but after being told different things from the store manager and the claims department Ive noticed there is an inconsistency in the things being told from the store manager, her stories change every time we talk. I guess now my check was lost in the mail and it will be another week or two before we get it. Ive been super patient but it seems like Im going to have to open a BBB case just to get it resolved if it doesnt arrive in the next week like she said after having to call and check in since she cant update her customers.

The cashiers fail to give tracking numbers. My husband recently mailed my sons rented textbooks back. He made the wrong assumption that the tracking number was on the receipt. So, now, if the packages dont make it, we have no proof that we mailed them. I forgot to tell him that at your store a person has to specifically ask for the tracking number. I made that mistake when I shipped a return to Amazon. I was never given the tracking number, the package has been lost apparently, and Amazon has charged me as a result. I have no proof. I will not use your store again unless your cashiers learn how to give out tracking numbers.
