Had a flat tire in Jeffersonville Indiana 1000 miles into a 2300 mile trip on my Yamaha Venture, a member of Venture Riders and the VP of the local STAR chapter contacted the owner of the Yamaha Shop that night. The next morning the owner went in early and made sure he had a tire for me and then got me in the shop first thing. I was not too happy with the price of the tire since I usually order mine online however I was very relieved that they had one. I bought several items while I was there and almost left with a new Venture (would have delayed my trip too much but it was a fantastic deal if I had) the sales and service folks were great. The owner’s wife even gave me a T-shirt and the whole ordeal only set me back 4 hours.

Took my RM 250 there because it wouldnt start. It sometimes had a spark and sometimes didnt and I wasnt sure what was wrong with it. Took it down there and the guy at the service department said it would take between 1-2 weeks. They had the bike for 3 weeks! To make matters worse, when I got my bike home and went to start it, it wouldnt start! Several others tried too and they couldnt get it started either. Cost me almost $200 and 3 weeks for them to "fix" my bike. I am never using them again and I warn you to never use them either

I recently purchase a Yamaha V-Star from Yamaha Of Louisville. I must say it was a very pleasant experience. I felt really pressured at other dealerships Ive been in but not Yamaha of Louisville.. Their sales team was very laid back and helpful. The bike I purchased was used, a local trade that had been serviced by Yamaha of Louisville. The price they gave me was awesome! I had searched other dealerships as well as craigslist and found nothing to compare to the deal I got. Very Pleased! Thanks Yamaha of Louisville!

Large store, friendly staff, and a very busy and very involved owner. Jason does not appear to sit back and let his staff do the work, he is in the front lines always busy, greeting and working with customers. Though it was close to closing the store was incredibly clean and the bikes were all spotless, and gorgeous really showing off the paint jobs on some of the flashier Victory and Yamaha Bikes. Gear and accessory selection was well above average and well placed in the store. I will be visiting again.

Fantastic place to shop for a new bike and to ask questions and get help for a bike you already own. I worked with Steve Alan in sales and hes one of the most laid back, knowledgeable, and helpful salesmen Ive ever worked with. They have a great variety of bikes to look at and to get a feel for. My experience with all the other employees, as well as the owner, has been extremely positive as well. I highly recommend this establishment!

Our new 2014 FZR waverrunner had 32 hours on it and the motor blew up...Going to do a full motor replacement under warranty..bad news is it is on back order...missed many weeks of riding season. Inga in service is very nice and helpful. Things happen but it seems YAMAHA is standing behind it and doing what is right. I am in the market for a new boat as well this Feb at boat show and will speak with Steve about adding another Yamaha..

Just purchased a new 2016 Victory Cross Country from these guys and had an amazing experience. There was zero pressure from the sales staff. They also took the time to talk to me and help me look at all the different options. I have been to plenty other dealerships, but this place is my new home. I suggest if nothing else, take the time to stop in and just look around. These guys are great. I am truly a huge fan.

Dropped my bike off to have frame sliders installed (simple stuff) took the fairings off to make it easier on them.. Called me two weeks later saying they couldnt install the sliders "didnt have the tools to do it" & charged me $200 for putting the fairings back on.... Seriously!? DONT GO HERE!!! S&S MARINE AND CYCLE in Clarksville got the job done quick and painless... lesson learned.

Worst place to go to to order things. They are really rude I would never send anyone there to get things. I ordered a part in the 22ND of April they tell me my part will be there by Wed then someone else tell me my part will be their on the 6of may then another person tell me my part is not being made at all so it will be a while. This place is horrible

Everybody there from the owner Jason to to the service Manager Troy to the parts guys are super helpful. Prices are good, service is great, and its nice when you walk in and they remember you by name and treat you like family. Much more of a friendly shop without the corporate "high pressure to buy" type feel you get when you walk into other shops.

Ive known the owner (Jason) for several years. Jasons dealership sells new Yamaha & Victory motorcycles, along with the Polaris Slingshot. He also sells new ATVs and Side-by-sides, as well as Yamaha Jet Boats and Wave Runners. His wife ( Inga) runs a great service / parts department. Troy is their service manager.

Took waverunner in after impeller sucked up rope and stalled, fearing the worst. Service worked it in despite other obviously bigger jobs, got me back onto the water with very reasonable service/labor charge. Felt I was dealt with very fairly for a small job.
