Last year I got screwed by this place. I took my classic 1984 Harley FXSB Low Rider with 29,000.0 miles on it there for a New front tire, tune-up, new battery, oil change. Bill was a little over $700.00.After 3 weeks there..I got a call its all ready so come pick it up! I trailer the bike home. Once I got around the other side to get ready to ride it. I noticed it was missing my Chromed "Live to Ride" battery cover, My timing "live to ride" cover.. I called to let them know, and they said they "oh we do have the timing cover here, but are you sure you ever had a battery cover..?? I took a picture in to prove to them I did have one, SO they said, they cant find it and would have to order a new one..when it came in,,,it wasnt a "live to Ride" it was some type of harley cover with red on it. My bike has "live to ride" in Gold, and Chrome. everywhere..mirrors, gas caps, etc....WELL they said, they dont make any more of this type so Id just have to settle for this. Long Story Short..the bike ran like crap..the timing was off.. SO I WILL NEVER WASTE GOOD MONEY ON THAT PLACE AGAIN! CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THERE STINKS!!!!!!

Slow and expensive .... I had Hogtunes installed on the 2016 limited. They did a nice job , however they quoted me 3hrs but I was charged 3.5 hrs. Perrys Started at 9am and I didnt get my bike back till 4:30pm. I drop the bike off Thursday night hopefully to have the bike back by noon. The staff was very courteous . Way better than years ago. I had a very bad experience @ Perrys back than. They did some carbarator work , to which I ended up taking to Sturgis ,MI HD to fix what Perrys couldnt seem to fix. Thats why I went to BCHD for my last two motorcycle. After today I would only use Perrys HD service department In a pinch... I had higher hopes for Perrys HD. I know they are working on their Image ... I believe they will get there someday!

Mike Kelemen went way above and beyond to get me into the bike of my dreams. I had shopped a couple of other dealers and they just wouldnt give me what I needed for my trade in. Mike put the whole deal together in one day and I rode off with the bike I always wanted. I had a couple of things added to the bike and they did it right away. ***best decision on a bike purchase I ever made!*** Im still smiling!!!
