Went to the Sprint store on July 26 in the morning. It appears some sort of construction is going on in the store with an electric saw in the lobby, wires running from the store and wood chips and other construction debris all over the lobby area with no warning signs posted no sign whether the store is open or not! Inside was an employee who seemed to have very little interest in the business!

Hamza is an amazing store manager. Excellent customer service. I live in Vegas and my phone broke while on business in NY. He personally drove my new phone to my business meeting before my flight back to Vegas. He really goes the extra mile.
