I went into the Stratford office on Saturday and was greeted by Catherine. She was very unprofessional and she used fowl language while working on my account. Not only did she not help me but she recommended I go online for service. I went to the Bridgeport location and they treated me as I am accustomed to being treated by T-Mobile

on Tuesday night right before they closed with a broken phone and I need a new one and instead of them rushing me out they gladly helped me and stayed open an extra hour so I can get my phone up and running again . Catherine was awesome helped me so much and didnt make me feel like I was a bother I would totally go back to the store

I walked in the store and was immediately greeted by the ladies at the register. I had an issue with my phone that customer care wasnt able to help me but Catherine and Alicia helped me a lot. They have so much knowledge on todays technology and they are very patient with you. Best customer service

Very pushy sales staff. Sold me unnecessary Sim cards and wont refund my money. Also I keep getting bills from T-mobile for services I never had with them. I only inquired about their services and they kind of forced me to buy Sim cards and now they keep billing me. Aweful company.
