This was my second visit at this Verizon location, I am very impressed with the clean , calm environment! I did not even have to wait in line. Which was very important because of my very busy schedule. Was greeted by a very nice young man named Rod. I was very pleased with service and my devices. Ive been a customer for over twenty years. Also have been to many of your locations. But this one is my favorite of all! Thank you mostly to the nice gentleman by the name of Rod. So helpful. Ill be back for sure.. Kim

5 stars is not enough to describe the service I received at the Derby location. Brittany was AMAZING in the generous amount of time required in everything between switching carriers & setting me up with Verizon Wireless. She was courteous and diligent (in achieving what no retail store could make the time or be qualified to do) in saving me the headache. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I possibly could.

Kayla performed her magic on my iPhone. Was in the area on vacation, and definitely needed access to my phone. She helped us unlock the phone and gave us some hints as to what to do if it were to happen again. No charge for that service, but I did buy a screen protector. She put the screen protector on cleaned it and cheerfully sent us on our way. Thank you Kayla and this terrific Verizon store.

I stopped in the Derby store today to upgrade my cell phone plan and ran in to many complications. Noam, who was helping me out, made the long process an overall great experience. He stayed patient, calm, and professional with multiple calls he had to make, and in between we were laughing and joking. I would definitely come back to this location for any of my service needs with Verizon.

Danielle was a huge help! I walked in needing a replacement phone and I walked out with a newer phone, two tablets and case spending less than I would have spent on the insurance claim for the replacement phone. This is by far the best Verizon store around and I really appreciate the customer service from Jim. All the employees here are very friendly and help with any problems we walk in with. I will definitely recommend this store to any of my friends who use Verizon as their cell phone providers.
