NEWER EVER GO TO THIS STORE. THIS IS A FRANCHISE STORE NOT ORIGINAL VERIZON WIRELESS STORE AND YOU WILL BE SUBJECT OF SCAM AND “DEALS” THAT WILL RIPE YOU OFF After paying for expensive phone I was offered “promotion” free device where they charge you $100.00 and you got $100.00 back thru visa card ( what takes about 45 days). I was not disclosed that along with “promotion” there is a plan of 10.00 per month and you are basically signing contract for plan for 2 years that you are not aware of it. The last page of my contract had $10.00 charge but I taught that was a charge for insurance protection plan that I purchased. I was shocked when I received my Verizon Bill. I was charged $65.00 (activation fees) + $10.00 a plan for device that I was not aware. Just because Verizon Wireless customer relation representative was nice I was able to get out of contract without paying $175.00 penalty but I was not able to be refunded for $65.00 activation fees. I had to return the device but all together I was down $65.00 for activation fees and $20.00 for returning of tablet first class certified mail ($85.00). I went to the original “store of scam” and complained about this and they could not do anything about the mess that they have created with the infamous : “NO MAM ” ! They are selling covers for IPhones for $50 and $60 dollars yet these accessories are available on line for $20.00 . Don’t buy any of this stuff there as well. Newer ever take any promotions or “ free stuff” from them because you will be hit with hidden charges and deals that they put over in the contract. This store should be closed because their horrible business ethic are hurting Version name as a company! I will never go to this store again. The only store that is Verizon original in the aria is Verizon Wireless by Smith haven Mall in Lake Grove and people there are extremely nice! I would have given 0 starts !!!

Deraz Very very bad customer service, I called multiple times to obtain the phone number for insurance repair and I was given the wrong number three times, was put on hold and was told we will call you back in 5 minutes a few hours later I received a call with the wrong phone number. Otter-box case was way too expensive and the rubber case fell off a few weeks later (imitation Otter-Box). Do your self a favor avoid the headache and the rip off and go to the Smith Haven mall location (it is worth the wait). When I added four lines as a repeat new contract customer service was good, once they had me as a customer service was horrible (bait and switch), also I was billed for new sim cards that were supposed to come with the phones for free as per Verizon. I have never seen such poor service from Raj then at this place, Once my contracts are expired I will switch from Verizon due to this store and due to his lack of professionalism, I swear I will never ever deal with this guy Raj or this store ever again and I will file a complaint with the BBB. I have traveled to third world countries and the service at this location is worse than overseas. STAY AWAY and CUSTOMER BEWARE. Buying a used car that is a lemon is better than this nonsense enough is enough this is America....

OMG Im sitting here right now. Guy walks right in and cut me!! I ask the owner if there was a number system? He tells me "he asked me a question meanwhile I have been sitting here no less then a hour!! This place is a joke!! All I need is a copy of a receipt. I called ahead and I was told they couldnt e mail it me they were to busy. Eeesssshhh. They only have 2 customers!! TWO!! Its like 88 degrees in here!! And yes they are rude. After owner sent me back to my chair the second employee told me they are open until 8pm. Plenty of time to type Lolo been here an hour now!! Hey Im at the counter!!. The reason Im still typing is because this guy knows Ive been waiting desided to put paper in his printer!! He is struggling with it. Maybe I should download the owners Manuel for him. Nahh like him Im to busy typing to help. More typing. Got my receipt and I am leaving now never to return. Smith haven mall. Version store from now on! Drive the extra mile and pass on these guys!

Absolutely crooks & rude people, let me tell everyone be careful from these people, they sell refurbished phones, tablets & all other devices. Owner Raj buy these used phones from non Verizon companies on cheaper prices & sell them on regular or above actual prices of new phones. He sells accessories 5 times more than actual prices. He pushed me so much for Bolt case for my Samsung Galaxy s7 for $70 & later I found that online for only $18. When i went back to store for complaint they said there is no return policy on accessories & they will charge me $75 restocking fee which is another scam, verizon charges only $35 restocking fee. If you want to save your money & time dont go to this store. Go to smith haven mall verizon store for any verizon original devices. Be aware from his other 2 stores in Setauket & Rockypoint.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THE RUDEST ASSHOLES I EVER MET THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I WAITED A HALF HOUR BEFORE THEY EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I WAS EVEN THERE THEN FINALLY ASKED WHAT I NEED AND WHEN I TOLD HIM I BROUGHT IN A PAYSTUB TO GET THE EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT ON MY PLAN HE GOT THE BALLS TO TELL ME HES STILL WORKING WITH SOMEONE AND ITS GOING TO BE QUITE A WAIT. AND MEANWHILE THE OTHER SALESMAN WAS TO BUSY TELLING STORIES ABOUT JAPAN TO A CUSTOMER NONE OF WICH WAS RELATED TO THE SALE. I CURSED BOTH THERE ASSES OUT AND WALKED OUT THE STORE I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THAT STORE.

Yesterday, 4/10/2017, I went to this store to switch my service from AT&T to Verizon. It was a great experience. I was helped by Christian who was very professional, helpful and funny. He went out of his way to put me on the best possible plan and make sure my new phone had the right amount of GB. He even looked in my current phone to see how much I was using. Josh was there too and he also was very professional, helpful and funny. A great experience all the way through. I was doing a transaction and at the same time it was like I was chillin with the guys.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE or their SETAUKET location. They are nothing but scammers. My son traded in a phone worth $150. for a new phone. That trade in cost was not put on the bill. They FIXED the contract to show that we are paying one priceSo now our Verizon bill is showing additional monthly fees for a new phone without a discount and other usage fees we are not aware of. Verizon states STAR WIRELESS and NRS WIRELESS are NOT corporate stores and they have different rules.

Hi my name is Derek I was having problems with my phone the nearest Verizon store that was near me was one of Ronkonkoma Portion Road I met a young man named Josh theyre very pleasant a light very nice guy you help me get my phone working and then I needed help with other things with the phone he said that for me very nice guy very nice very clean very pleasant people of every warm there its almost like being with family I really appreciate their help
