Im giving 1 star becouse thats the lowest. The most terrible costumer service Ive ever had. They sold me a Verizon phone instead of a ATT one and they mentoined that it will work just fine. Ive got problems with 4G/LTE during mostly of the day and went next day to return it and get an ATT one. Their Asst. Manager, whos name is Michael Mitchell, told me that I have to pay $35 restock fee if I need my phone replaced, even if there was their fault in the first place. After I was trying to get an appointment with the Manager or a District Manager because he was being rude, he told me again if I want my phone replaced I have to pay or I should leave the store. I was so suprised, and tried once again to get any contact informations or a time when the manager will be at the store, he told to call "800-Coorporate" and grabed the phone to call the security of the mall. It was the most terrible experience I had in any store that Ive been. For that asst. manager Ive also made an complain at the Best Buy offices and still waiting for a reply. Ive did what I could to tell other people to not go anymore at this store, or in any other stores of Best Buys all around. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Terrible! They never answer the phone. Your only option is to press 2 and get transferred to Meriden. When Meriden answers the phone they dont know anything about the Waterbury store. I dont see how they stay in business. I did call during hours of operation.

Customer service doesnt exist here! I have no idea why they show their phone number on the website, they NEVER answer it! Ill never patronize this sorry store, ever!
