I brought a newly refurbished (3 month old) moto G4 down to the shop to replace screen. This phone was superb and without a doubt the best phone I had ever owned, however I dropped the phone face down and cracked the screen (the left side of the glass was cracked pretty badly but not shattered). The phone was still fantastic with the only issue being the cosmetic issue of a cracked screen. I brought the phone down for a repair and I was ensured he would have the screen fixed in less than a week. Upon returning I discovered new problems. The phones antenna no longer works, and though the phone shows it is connected to my wireless network, it no longer has the ability to make phone calls or text messages. To make matters worse (which is pretty hard seeing my phone can no longer function as a phone) it is now incredibly laggy. Whenever I touch the screen it has 5-7 second response lag, making it impossible to do anything on the phone in a reasonable amount of time. When I confronted the owner with these issues I was informed that he would have mentioned that there were risks associated with repairing the screen, however I was in "too much of a hurry" for him to tell me that, but not in too much of a hurry for him to take my deposit.

My IPad was not working properly, went to the Apple store, which they quickly tried to sell me a new one, without even looking at mine. Then, went to SandWireless on 25 East Main st, they said it was my LCD, which would cost $110. I agreed for them to fix it. They called me after opening my IPad, to tell me it was a loose connection and the cost would be $50. I am extremely impressed with their expertise and their honesty. I would highly recommend this place for any kind of repair on electronics! Thank you SandWireless you are guys the best and they also give me free case for my iPad woow Thank u again .

I had my iPad glass fixed here the people that works here are really nice and they was really fast at fixing my iPad . I originally went to another phone repair store and got ripped off and this place helped me fix my iPad in same day . other place wanted $150 to fix my iPad and at Sand Wireless it was only $95. Will definitely be going here from now on for anything I need done with my iPad
