Wonderful customer service! Ive been having car battery issues for a few months, and everyone that drives knows that is never fun. Ive been too many auto shops regarding my battery issues, spoke with several mechanics and I still was left clueless. However, from the moment I stepped into this place, the assistance I received was unremarkable. Rich didnt give up once, he was determined to figure out whether the issue was my battery or my alternator. He reminded me that he didnt know much about cars, but he still provided excellent feedback. Jordan, the manger was also very friendly and helpful. I cant tell you how grateful I was for their help, car problems are so stressful and under a hour they removed a huge load off my back !! Thanks again Rich and Jordan!

Ordering and picking up the battery was absolutely wonderful. The In-store sales person was extremely helpful. However, I am less than thrilled with the performance of the battery. I followed the directions of fully charging the battery before using and disconnecting as soon as it reached 100 percent. Much to my dismay, however, the performance is about the same, maybe even a little worse than the battery that I replaced. I will recharge one more time to see if the battery has to be "trained." but if performance does not improve, I will return for another replacement.

I had a battery pack from an older aircraft radio scanner which is no longer available from the manufacturer. The Batteries Plus store in Orange was able to identify the batteries in the battery pack and offer me a solution that was better then the original batteries in the pack. My radio last longer(plays longer) then it did when brand new. Thanks guys for the great service and quick turnaround on my battery pack. Highly recommended ! ! ! !

It was great doing business with this store. I needed a battery for my Iphone6, and although I also love the Apple Store, I was going to have to leave my phone to get the battery installed. Everyone is customer service oriented at this store. Their online appointment service is right on and the price right. I hope your experience is as good as mine.

This was my first time in the store. I was amazed at the assortment and quality of products. I made my battery purchase and paid online and picked it up at the store. Owners son is a pompous jerk. Every time I leave there I am angry. He acts like gods gift to man. Im uncomfortable with the way he treats his employees and his customers. I will NEVER go there agian.
