I upgraded my phone at this store and it has turned out to be a complete nightmare. They gave me what sounded like a great deal only for it to turn out to essentially be a scam. They told me that theyd replace the glass on an iPhone so that I could use it as a trade-in which I happily accepted. I left both that phone and another to be sent in. Now, months later, six months later I still havent received credit and Verizon told me that they never received the phones. The store rep dodged multiple calls from me and the store told Verizon that they have no idea what happened to the phones so now Im out hundreds of dollars. Be very careful when dealing with these guys.

What a great experience at this store!! Both my wife and I purchased phones and these guys were unbelievable. Karl took the time to look at account and find us the cheapest plan for what we needed. He didnt try to oversell us and we took advantage of some great promotions on phones and even got a tablet! By far the best shopping experience I have had in awhile. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The rest of the staff pitched in and helped us pick out accessories and transferred all of our data. I can tell this store has alot of regulars that only do business here based on their level of service. Anyone needs anything Verizon go see these guys!!

The customer service here is exceptional! My wife had dropped her phone and it got run over by a car. We were near a corporate store in Avon and went in there. No help. Not interested. We were driving home and stopped by the Bristol Verizon store. We dealt with Tyler and the store manager. From the very first moment they were extremely helpful. They even check our account and lowered our bill but gave us more gigs of data to use. We had my wifes new Iphone backed up and running in no time!! Thanks guys!!!

Ive been with Verizon for many years and I have to say I havent had a more enjoyable sales experience in my life.. hes honest , knowledgeable, great personality and goes way above and beyond for his customers.. The rep that helped me out Tyler was great as he saw the store busy and working with other customers took the time to ask if I just had a question or if I was here for a replacement device. While finishing up with his current customer he was assisting me as well. I have never been in an authorized dealer due to working in the wireless industry for 11 yrs in corporate. This location and help that he provided will make me return for any questions or other replacement devices.

Bristol Connecticut wireless zone is the best place to get a new or upgrade a phone. I upgraded my phone before Christmas . I worked with Karl Who is very patient and did everything to make sure that my phone was in working order! We had a little issue with a cyber Monday special and Karl at the time out of his busy day and stayed on the line with Verizon until the issue was resolved! Again I give this store five stars they are a pleasure to work with!

Dealt with Tyler and was pleased with the overall service provided. My old iPhone was water damaged and he was kind enough to provide me with a loaner phone while trying to salvage my old phone. Although my phone was water damaged beyond repair, he assisted me with a new purchase. He was knowledgeable, polite and went out of his way to make the entire process of purchasing a new phone easy and stress free.

A man named Carl helped us straighten out some issues that we had with our bill. He was very honest and forthcoming . He also hooked us up with an awesome promo deal to get a FREE tablet, when just a few weeks before at the Waterbury store, we were told the tablet was $150 as a promotion. We were very thankful for his courtesy and kindness. We wont go to ANY other store.

Shopped at many Verizon stores and these guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST. Customer service is beyond amazing. I made the mistake of buying my phone elsewhere and had issues getting my phone traded for credit in and these guys fixed it. Everyones so nice and helpful I will never buy elsewhere again. Verizon Wireless in Bristol is my favorite phone store, Ive bought probably 15 phones from there. I know I should stop breaking them. The owner and his staff are great, knowledgeable and helpful. Theyll even help you out with questions when you stop by even when youre not buying anything. Id recommend them to anyone. -David Haberfeld

I went in hoping to have my lens replaced, BUT INSTEAD Jeff "Deli" Salovski PAID the remaining balance I had until my upgrade, gave me a NEW Samsung Galaxy S6. I almost cried! They also gave me VIRTUAL REALITY GOGGLES for free! Thank you so much! These guys are awesome! Definitely a life time customer here!!!!!
