One star is still way too generous for this place. Worst customer service experience with Tmobile Ive ever had. Walked in there two days ago to buy two SIM cards. I was nicely greeted by a gentleman on the left register who politely told me he would be with me in just a "moment". This made me smile and instantly remember one of the reasons why I love T-Mobiles customer service. After all, my over the phone experiences have always been nothing less than excellent. Store was not full so I patiently waited for 5mins. Then someone approaches me and hands me a clip board to put my name on, I wrote my name. Then an additional 15mins pass by and Im wondering why I havent been called. I approach another gentleman and informed him I was waiting and needed to know when I was next, then he tells me "were going as fast as we can" but doesnt even ask me what it is I needed. All I wanted was two SIM cards! Its ridiculous that someone has to wait the same amount of time as new account openers, if they want a simple device case they picked out or buy two nano SIM cards. Poor management and careless employees, no one cared about how unhappy I was even after me telling them. I just left and went to the Hauppaugue store which actually cared, only waited 5mins..the way it should be. Ill never go to this store again. And unless you have endless amounts of free time, you shouldnt either.

BUYER BEWARE. Do not switch to TMobile they have false advertising and will not give back your old phone or pay for your payment plan due to TMOBILE poor service. We switched from ATT to TMOBILE with them taking over our old phone payment of $240 and we had no service where we lived with TMOBILE, forced to cancel because of NO service, and we were then responsible for the $240 debt with ATT and we werent given our phone back or any type of refund. This sounds like "uncarrier" robbery not giving a refund or your phone back due to poor tmobile carrier service. Do not go to this store or TMOBILE their service is horrible and if your not happy with the service, within buyers remorse period, your responsible for your old phone payment and what you owed to the last carrier without no phone given back or money refunded. This should be outlined and told to every customer switching to TMOBILE up front, honestly and at the time of sale. This is misleading and false advertising. Switch to Verizon and receive good service and honest customer service. Tmobile feens to get people to switch but do NOT stand by their service. Buyer BEWARE.

Will never go here again. My phone is under guarantee but the Spanish girl that works there refuse to give us the phone it was sent to us saying that our phone was crack when u can clearly see it wasnt. She wanted to sell us a new phone just so she can get commission because it didnt matter what we said that all she kept sayin. We asked for a manager and she refused to call one. We had to call tmobile to be able to go somewhere else. Phone burned inside and we were lucky to go to the Deer Park location where we were able to get a brand new replacement and excellent customer service from the minute we walked until we walked out. And they lucky Im giving one star because they dont deserve it.

Really bad bought a phone and had a hairline crack in screen then event back to the store when I noticed it and they told me they wouldnt exchange it that I had to do it they insurence.so fit u do buy a phone there double check b4 u leave. The store
