this is going to be a long post but its necessary. I dealt with Jonathon when switching from AT&T to Verizon. he was very helpful, answered all of my questions, some multiple times. We made the switch and we never realized we werent in an "official Verizon store". Our first bill arrived and there was a double billed item that has taken me almost an ENTIRE month of multiple calls per week to get fixed. Jonathon helped me FINALLY get this resolved with Verizon tonite at almost 9pm as they kept giving me the runaround. We were taking advantage of the current deal(up to $650 for your AT&T phone). I ran into a question I couldnt answer doing the online submission and was close to a "true Verizon" store and when I went in THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME! hands out in front shaking them saying "we cant, we wont help you. go back to the place you got the phones" SERIOUSLY!?!? I am a Verizon customer asking about a Verizon deal and you wont help me!?!? SO I called Cellular Sales and got Sam. he spent about 90 MINUTES with me helping me figure out the submission paperwork. I walked into this store in tears and at the end of my rope and he truly helped me. Verizon this new customer is not impressed with you at all. Cellular Sales is your authorized retailer so you shouldnt punish those customers who deal with your authorized dealer by REFUSING TO HELP THEM! I cant say Im impressed with Verizon but I am impressed with the service I have received from Cellular Service and I would recommend them for sure

I dropped in at this store because my iphone 6, purchased 6 months ago, wasnt working. The store person proceeded to change my SIM card several times which was the extent that they could diagnose the issue. When a new SIM card didnt work they said it could be a warranty replacement so they asked if i purchased the phone at their store. When I said no, they said they had no 64g iphone 6s in stock as I watched a co-worker package up a 64G iphone 6 for another customer. In any case, I left the store without a working phone. I called verizon the next day and they diagnosed my bad phone, said its a warranty replacement, and immediately sent a new iphone 6. Now, a few weeks later I find an line upgrade on my bill, from the store, on my bill for a 128G phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I never did an upgrade, and did not receive a new phone. Very dishonest folks in this store, Id be wary of dealing with them. Evidently they wanted to be paid for their time, on me! For me, Im no longer going to deal with the stores given Verizon corporate disavows that the store is part of their company!

Steer as far away from this store as possible. I was misinformed by Lucas Levick about every possible thing I could be when I bought phones and tablets at Christmas. I was told I had bought my phones outright for $82 each, was getting tons of rebates, etc. etc. He screwed up the rebates and I have now been told by LG because he did not mail the correct information I am out $300 in rebates. he neglected to tell me my phones were not paid for, the $82 was ONLY the tax and put me on a plan to pay them off over 2 years (yup, put me in a contract without telling me) and each phone is now $25 each on my bill per month. He told multiple times the only additional charge to my bill to add two lines was going to be $60 per month and that was the only thing to expect. He is a LIAR, not to be trusted, and no one in that store has been able to help me AT ALL since. I am reporting the to the better business bureau. The list goes on but I do not have time to put it all out here all I can say is STAY AWAY and NEVER EVER trust Lucas Levick or that store. Period.

THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE - they are an AUTHORIZED RETAILER. This means they can charge FEES a "direct" Verizon store would not. Example : I brought in an ipad purchased outside of Verizon to get activated on my package. The salesman charged a $40 "setup" fee which I assumed took care of activation, but it did NOT. This company took that $40 knowing I would assume it was charged by Verizon, but in reality was a Cellular Sales charge and none of that $40 went to Verizon. I was not given a receipt. I know I should have asked for one but it slipped my mind, again, because I assumed this was a Verizon "direct" store. Additionally, the salesperson added an $11 a month protection plan I did NOT ask for. Bottom line - go to a "direct" Verizon store, not an "indirect" store like this where the company is trying to sell as much as they can under the guise of being Verizon.

I have been to this location several time and the staff is usually pretty helpful but this time my experience was exceptional. That seems like a powerful word for a Verizon store visit but it seems more and more rare to find great customer service no matter what the setting. So I have to give a shout out to Le Long. Le greeted me immediately as I walked in and sat me down to review options. It was clear he was concerned with finding the right plan and setup for me, not just sell the most expensive/newest items they had. He had all the answers to my questions, and clearly explained pricing with the excel sheet to compare different plans. He was very efficient, didnt waste time on options I wasnt interested in and I walked out in what seemed like only a couple minutes. I wish more people across all industries understood customers like this guy.

Phillip Laurents was very helpful and diligent getting me set up with a new Verizon cellular services account. His knowledge, persistence, and patience were impressive: he had to do a bit of problem-solving and went above and beyond to make sure the documentation Id provided to initiate my account, was successfully processed. He was sensitive to my time constraint, and was courteous with those to whom he spoke on the phone at the Verizon offices while he dealt with how to process a new account with a valid current passport, and other documents, in lieu of my drivers license. Mr. Laurents is a credit to the company! I recommend him to anyone seeking helpful, resourceful, diligent customer service at Verizon Cellular Sales.

Wow! I agree with the poster who said the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Was having problems with a new Samsung Galaxy 7 - and Michael was a true archangel. After being sent to the wrong store by the loons at the Verizon in South Burlington on Williston (and told there was nothing wrong with my phone), I wound up here (the fourth Verizon store I visited trying to resolve the phone issue). Michael knew the product; recognized the issues with the phone and provided a substitute immediately. Moreover, when I said it was weird that the Corporate Store on Williston in South Burlington sent me to the wrong store, he pointed out that my account showed which dealer had sold me the phone.
