My experience at Verizon Wireless was phenomenal!! All of the employees are excellent but by far I had the best experience with Oscar Rodriguez. He was more than patient with me, so very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to teach me how to use my new phone, he noticed a few defects with equipment and swapped them out without a problem or hesitation. He spent a great amount of time with me that most employees would not take the extra time to do!! Im my opinion, he deserves a raise or a promotion. Verizon is extremely lucky to have such a superb employee working for them

I went in and spoke to a dude called Mark O believe. I had originally wanted an upgrade to the S7, so he walked me through the Payment plan structure and then the Manager came out and luckily, hes quite the tech savvy and after some extensive discussion with him, I ended up getting a different phone altogether and Lord knows that I do not regret it. I normally despise talking to "the suits", but these guys were genuine, knowledgeable, down to earth people. All in all, should the need ever arise to stop in for another upgrade, I now where to go; no questions asked.

Visited this location to buy a new phone and had the best experience in a cell phone store ever. Aysia really went above and beyond answering our questions and helping us make the switch from another carrier. Even the sales reps who werent involved in our transaction were crazy nice and helpful. I would recommend that everyone who has Verizon or has questions about Verizon visit this location.

I went into the Verizon store to simply switch my phone to a new device. Aysia assisted me into getting a G4. She sat down with me and explained the whole phone. Great service. It was really a wonderful experience. She made me enjoy my experience in the store which is not something that ever happens. I will definitely be back.
