Worst store ever. I went on a weekday morning in the middle of the month when the mall was dead quiet and still waited over an hour for very simple service. It was abysmal. There were also a bunch of drug addicts in there harassing me while I was waiting. Theres pretty much zero chance I would ever go back there. Not in the least because they gave me the entirely incorrect device that I was there to get in the first place. Take my word for it and just stay away!!

The rudest people i have ever met. will not switch my sim card even though they wrote them a memo to do so. i have been with tmobile for 9 years now, these people that work here should be FIRED. 0 stars

I dont use this store all that much because I normally do everything on line but when I need to use the store they are easy to deal with and dont hit me with the hard sell.

I call and ask if they have a iPhone 16 gig they say yes and ask to put it on hold I get here and they have none and try to sell me a 64 smfh
