Honestly this location doesnt even deserve 1 star. I wanted to transfer services..I originally had sprint but wanted to go on at&ts go plan. The guy there was not any help at all. He put a random sims card in my phone and told me it wont work that a sprint phone has to stay with sprint and let me leave without wanting to help ...that was complete bull because I went to the AT&T store at the Bristol location and the guy there was sooooo much help. I was able to switch and he gave me steps to take to do so. Obviously inexperienced at this location and NOT willing to help customers.

Picked up a new Blackberry PRIV last Sunday. I didnt have an appointment, and being 2 weeks before Christmas, the store was very busy. I was greeted when I walked in, they got my information, and within 5 to 10 minutes, a salesman, Vincent, approched. He showed me some of the features on the phone, then added it to my AT&T account, which took another 10 minutes. I always go to this store, and have never been disappointed. Definitely gets a five star rating. By the way, the new PRIV is light-years ahead of the other Androids.

The WORST customer service on the planet. After a lengthy wait to activate phones Joel said he was unable to transfer our data but the phones worked. Joel is either a liar or incompetent. The phones did not work. Stay away from that store and go to the East main 1st retailer. I will stick needles in my eye before I ever set foot in that store again!
