Im a pain in the butt. I had a problem, I blew it out of proportion, thry were very patient and very helpful. They answered all my questions and dealt with all my issues to the point that I am filling out a review which I dont and havent ever done. Highly recommend this store, super nice staff.

Had very good experience w/ Scott K in mall Verizon store. I came to trade in a stone age phone and he made it easy to transition to a smartphone. Explained everything, no pressure. I resisted replacing the old phone and now I wondered why I waited so long!
