I went to this store to fix my nieces iphone that was completely smashed front and back but some of the screen was missing. They took it for 1/2 an hour and fixed it like brand new. They were so great and accommodating. 3 days later my nieces phone cracked again which she didnt notice it happened just saw it cracked front and back. I took it back to the store and asked why it would just crack (seeing I just had it fixed) and they suggested that the phone was probably in my nieces back pocket and just a slight bend would crack the screen if they sit on it the wrong way. We still dont know why it cracked but the guys at the store again were so accommodating they just charged me for the parts not the service and this time I made sure she got a cover to prevent it cracking again. These guys are great and the cost to get the screen replaced is reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company!!!

This place is amazing. My smartphone and I pod classic were damaged by baby formula. I brought both in and I was told what the prices would be to repair with the understanding that it could be more for each device if the first level of repair did not work at which time I could approve or deny the repair. They are taking their time and money to evaluate your items for repair. The cost was prohibitive to repair my items and they gave me the possibility to save the cost of new items. If you need something repaired rest assured that they are trying to repair an item instead of being part of the throw away society that we live in. If you see any negative reviews, these repairs are complex and may need a second try, that is why there is a warranty. Highly recommended.

I went there it took literally 15 mins to fixed which I thought was kind of too fast but hey. So not even an hour later the new screen that they put on kept freezing up the home button wasnt right also they put it on uneven. I called and told them they said well theres nothing we can really do but we would have to hold on to your phone the whole day to see. So now Im pissed because I paid over $100 so that shouldnt be my problem. Then a couple of days later my phone just really started to act crazy to the point I just brought a new phone today! Not pleased with this place at all

I dont know what some of the negative comments are all about but I had a very positive experience there. Took my wifes iPhone there after she dropped it in water which killed the screen part of the smartphone. After offering me a few options and not charging me for doing all of the troubleshooting - they offered me another option and were very upfront about it. The suggested course of action worked and to this day (almost 2 years later) the phone still works like new. I have sent many people to this store for service and they too have reported to me that they are pleased.

My 4 year old stomped on my Ipad2 and fractured the whole screen. These guys were very professional and offered to fix it in less than 2 hours! I couldnt wait as I was on the way to get my kids from school, but that evening they called and said it was ready. Apple offers repair for $249 plus several days. Mr. tech bench was my other option but they said 4-5 days and was more expensive than Ubreakifix. Next day I picked it up...good as new! Great job - highly recommended.

Slightly more expensive than some of the smaller shops, but I was able to justify the few extra dollars because the 90 day warranty hopefully means they stand behind their work. Originally went to the Deer Park location, but the part I needed was out of stock. They called to check another store which had it and was only 10 minutes away, very convenient. Repair was made quickly as well.

Came in for my iPhone 6s troubleshoot. Motherboard was semi shot so it could not be. Staff were very friendly and quick with their work. Gave me free diagnostic. Definitely recommend
