I went to this store because my cell phone wouldnt turn on so I needed a new one . The sales rep rosada told me that they are offering a FREE tablet right now. I said I would never use that , she said well its free so you may as well take it . She then turned to my daughter and said "guess what .... We got a tablet for you". I was in such a rush ( which she knew), so I signed what she told me to sign and left with a new cell phone and my "free" tablet . Later that day I looked over the paperwork..... Apparently I financed this tablet that I didnt want for 300 dollars . She totally scammed me and took advantage of the fact that she knew I was in a hurry. I would not go to this store ever again. This girl should be fired for what she did ! Unethical and unforgivable! I have never seen such shady business practice in all my life . She also heard me talking to my girlfriend on the phone trying to plan our day and she proceeded to tell me I needed to leave that relationship!!! Who in the world is she to say such a thing to a customer! I am beyond appalled! Rosada should be FIRED! If you go to this store, Deal with the manager as he is an ethical man. DO NOT DEAL WITH ROSADA!!!! She is a liar and shouldnt have a job there any longer !!!

This place confuses me. Its a cell phone store in an area that has no cell phone reception. They call themselves a Verizon store but you can only locate them if you search "all stores" on Verizons store locator. But its not like a Best Buy or something, its a store that only appears to sell Verizon products, but isnt a Verizon store. I guess thats why I can find a phone inside for $150 that sells for $50 on Verizons website. Or when I call to ask them about finding a particular Windows 8 phone, theyll tell me that they dont have it in stock, and thus "none of their stores" have it in stock. And beware of their "on hold music!" Unlike the other Verizon stores Ive called, which either play music or just have ringing noises, this store will play three advertisements, and just loop them around for an infinite amount of time. Do they want you to go crazy or just hang up the phone in frustration? Im not really sure. I guess its not you typical Verizon store.

Bought a new phone, salesperson started to do a data transfer from my old phone, said it would take an hour. I couldnt wait so he said I could do it at home with a sync app and it had to be done over wifi. He handed me back my phone and I headed home. Got home and hooked up to my wifi immediately. Looked through some phone settings and saw that in the 20 minutes it took me to drive home I had used 1.5 gigs of data. Apparently the syncing app doesnt have to be done over wifi...it was still running when I left the store and just switched to data when I was out of range of the store wifi. Went back a few days later to tell them what happened and see what they could do for me. Was basically told "not our problem". So sorry I interrupted the movie you were watching while on the job. Dont waste your time at this store, go to the one in Shelton instead.

Verizon Wireless in Trumbull white plains road is terrible I was sold a G2 when the G3 just came out I was looking at the new Samsung and the sales person Dan Williams Jr showed me the LG G2 and said it was the latest and greatest phone that just came out so of coarse I bought it and then found out a couple days later the G3 was out when I went back he tried to say they came out at the same time and the only difference was the screen BOTH LIES he went on to lie to me several times. the problem is a broke my original G2 two days after I got it and had to get a replacement so now he is using that against me but I should have not had that phone to begin with. Dan Williams JR is a liar and a terrible sales person that should not be working for Verizon.

My phone stopped working. I needed to go to the store and get it fixed. I was dreading this. I walked into the Wireless Zone and Michael Piparo could not have been more helpful. He was so patient with me. I kept having to text my husband for our account info and Michael never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He offered me an amazing deal on some phones. He made this entire experience so pleasant. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all my questions and never once did I feel pressured into purchasing something I didnt want or need. I highly recommend the Wireless Zone of Trumbull and Michael for any of your Verizon needs!

I received prompt, friendly service from Mike. He followed through and made sure everything worked properly and that i understood my new phone. It was SO MUCH EASIER going to The Verizon Wireless Zone then going to my local mall, which is a nightmare. I was in and out quickly and it was super convenient. Mike and his staff are very knowledgable and accomodating. Mike was especially conscientious and was willing and able to answer all my questions. Would give him 6 stars, if i could. I would HIGHLY recommend going there for ANY of your needs!!!!!!!!

Salesman didnt have the phone I wanted so I said, "Thanks anyway, Ill just order it online." "Well if you order it online you wont have it until next week at LEAST." Ill spare the rest of the back and forth B.S..... at that point I immediately shut down because I knew full well that they offered free overnight shipping directly from Verizon. Dont waste your time with salespeople who will lie to you right off the bat just to try and save your commission.

I came in to this Verizon store to pay my daughters bill. I walked out as a Verizon Customer coming from T-Mobile . Rozana gave me a really good plan with a wireless hotspot. My daughter got a new phone with a hotspot as well. Deveraux was a wonderful help ! Customer service is amazing and they both spent a lot of time making sure we understand the new plans and phones! Thank you for making me a happy Verizon customer again!

Im really impressed with this wonderful man Michael Papa Roach who waited on me today at Verizon I have not had such a good experience at Verizon in the past so I want to compliment her eyes in for hiring the caliber of this gentleman he was very helpful and patient he took time I am an 83 year old senior and he was able to explain it and explain it carefully over and over till I got it thank you Michael

Arrived at the Verizon store with an iPhone emergency, non-responsive phone, would not activate, I thought it was "dead". Handed it to the doctor behind the counter...he performed some type of cell phone "CPR" , resuscitated my phone and had it back to life in less than 5 minutes! Thank you for the quick fix and outstanding customer service.
