If I could give a zero I would. The guy tried to rip me off saying that the prices for phones on the actual metro pcs website are only for new customers.....yeah...thats a lie. If you already have Metropcs service and need a new phone, just order it online and call them to activate it for you. This guy basically made me go to Sprint.
