One of the worst experiences buying a phone, and I have been an ATT customer for over 20 years. Went to store to review rate plans and upgrade one phone. Dealt with a salesperson with little to no experience. The Manager,MARTIN, intervened and tries to sell me 5 new phones. I left the store thinking I ordered one phone and was shipped another. In the interim, when they activated our new pIan, they managed to turn off ALL THE VOICEMAILS ON ALL THE PHONES on the plan - which caused an unknown amount of damage. I called the store to address this and was told I had to come down when MARTIN was there. I went back to the store and MARTIN informed me that he could not handle returns. I was sent to ANOTHER corporate store where the exchange was made. When I called Martin back to credit the $35 re-stocking fee, I was told he was unable to do this. A phone call to ATT customer service proved him wrong, but they took care of it anyway. When I tried to explain to MARTIN the correct way to handle customers with whom he had made errors, he became testy and cited his "over 1 year of experience" as evidence of his ability. I have cell phones older than he is!! MARTIN, my friend, you have much to learn. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE> ONLY DEAL WITH CORPORATE STORES

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All I wanted was to get a new iPhone. That is exactly what I stated and yet the "salesman" decided to review my account and push me to get a new plan etc…wasted time….then the manager came over and tried to push a new plan on me…all I wanted was the new phone. I expressed my desire to see the plans side by side to be able to look at the info first before switching. He proceeded to toss a flier in front of me, no help and again…all I wanted was the new phone. He proceeded to do the paperwork and tossed several things in front of me to sign, breezed through the phone acceptance, that I believe I should have been accepting…never explained anything and when I asked him too, he got testy with me. The straw that broke the camels back, he put the phone in a bag and said plug it into your computer. I left with out a working phone…WTF. Still not working.

If you happen to have your phone stolen and need a new phone dont come here! Went and bought a new iPhone from them and when it didnt work the same day we went back to return and told us we had to pay a restocking fee for a defective phone. The reasoning was that they are just a at&t retailer so there was nothing they could do about the restocking fee. They said the restocking fee would be 45 dollars, the same they charged me for the glass protector I had purchased for the phone. Being a business owner I know that a good business owner would take care of something like this because I spent money there and would come back again. Very rude. Did not want to help us and I had to call at&t to have them handle the situation witch they did very well! We will never go back to this store

Got treated horrible. So unprofessional. Manager has no human empathy at all. Cocky. Went in there with a phone. After an hour of being told i can get my broken phone replaced along with given a new phone out the box, they find a hairline crack on the side of my phone while trading it . After that they say my phone is not replacable, no longer operational. No sh$$ its now why you think I need it replaced. Manager didnt even care. The worker cocky, young, didnt even want to be bothered Im there. The store is never busy for a reason, and AT&T sucks regardless where you go. This store got a rating too high for it. How they stay in business I will never understand.

Just want to say that the store was very clean and as soon as you walk in you get a friendly smile. Sometimes just a smile makes the day better. Went in to see what plans were available and thanks to Jonathan R. he explained everything and made the process go so much smoother. I like how he took his time to explain everything and how my monthly statement would be broken down so I dont get be surprised when I get my first bill. Thank you Jonathan for all your help. Great customer service.

Ive been a customer with AT&T for over 15 years and had the iPhone 4 which started not to work so decided to upgrade. Went into this store and had the pleasure to meet manager Christian and other employee Jonathan who both helped me choose the right phone. They were very patient with me and got me all the accessories I needed for my new phone. Thanks guys for all your help and will be recommending this store since you guys provide great customer service.

Went to this location to buy the new Samsung galaxy S8. Normally I never have a good experience at phone stores but this one was exceptional. The person who helped me out was a guy named Asfand (totally recommend him) who made the process from the beginning to the end very smooth. I came out knowing everything about the phone I was getting as well as all the details regarding the billing and my options I would have in the future for upgrades.

The rudest, most disrespectful manager (KIM) I have ever met, spent an hour on the phone with AT&T customer support after leaving the store and put in a formal complaint. Would not recommend anyone to go there unless you want to be talked down to in front of a room full of strangers when simply asking a questions.

The people from this store are very helpful. I have an email problem on my phone. The guy spent an hour to help me find the problem. Turn out the problem is from my ISP. Super patient. I will definitly send all my family there for all my phone needs.
