This is the worst Verizon store ever. It is small, does not have any selections and most of all the worse customer service I have ever had in my life. Purchased an iPhone 7. And the next day I had an problem with it and called customer service, was told to take it back to the store and they should take care of it, when I arrived there instead of helping me with the issue they made me call customer service from my phone. No help at all, and finally I took it to another Verizon store and they took care of it in 5 minutes. I called today asking them where is the package to send in my old device and just hanged up on me. I love Verizon but this store is garbage. How do you just hang up on a customer?

Store is one of the best Ive been to since the open of my 1st account in the early 90s !!! Go see Hameed, he is one of those people who cares about his customer and isnt rushing you out once he has the your sale !!! He helped me with my phone from A to Z. Extremely knowledgable staff here

I went to the Verizon store on 664 Commack Road Commack, NY 11725 and went from a Note4 to the IPhone 7 Plus and Hameed helped me and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient. I would recommend him to anyone that needed or wanted the best customer service, this is the place to go!
