I had a terrible experience at this store. The store manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was so shocked that I had to just leave. The sales clerk gave me a completely wrong monthly bill quote and when I went back to discuss my bill, the manager did not admit or apologize for their error. He did not even offer any kind of consolation when we asked if we could cancel the new plan. Buyer beware, this AT&T branch has horrible customer service, especially from the store manager.

Ive been with AT&T about 7 years and this is THE WORST experience Ive ever had. I came to by a new a iPhone, which I do every time a new one is released. The employee was not helpful or knowledgeable. It felt as if I was a burden! She was short and in a rush to get me out of the store. DO NOT COME HERE! Zero stars!
