DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE!!!!!!!!! Would LOVE to give NO stars! Brought my Moto X in. First said it would take a week for the glass to get here, they would call. After 2 weeks and no call we went in to find that it would be another 2 weeks and again they would call. Still no call! We call and they say oh yeah its here, if you bring it when we open (says 10-6 on line really open 10:15) itll take about an hr. I take it in first thing, first customer, they say maybe 2 hrs but tell me to come back in 3. It took a week!!! Still with never a call from them till it was done. Got it with cracks along the side from them opening it. And then they also broke the part that lets me hear people talk to me. They decide they want to try and fix that instead of a refund. Take it back in, no timeline given, its been 3 days and still no call from them. We called a couple of times when they were certainly open but no one answered. (we take it to mean that they are ignoring our call since they know my husbands number) Save yourself hassle and money, take it somewhere else.

not super impressed with this place. I went to get my broken screen fixed and they gave me an estimated time of 30 minutes and was going to charge $110.00 (they also didnt have black iphone screens in storage so I was compromising for a white screen also). I decided against getting the repair done because I knew of a cheaper and faster place in down town Burlington but wanted to try this place out because it was open earlier. I instead bought a different accessory from them and when using a debit card it charges you the two dollars for withdrawing money from a different sight other than your banks ATM. So the item that was originally 7 dollars ended up costing me more like 9. The people working there were nice and somewhat helpful but the functioning of the store was odd and not very practical.

Unimpressed. As this individual never answers his phone, I had to drive to the shop yesterday to find out that, though he had the phone and the screen in hand, it had not been repaired yet. Was instructed to come back tomorrow as it "should" be done. Tried calling four times now to confirm and he wont answer. I finally got him to answer his phone while two other customers, and myself, were standing in his shop waiting for him because he left the store empty. From what I understand, screen repair can likely be done for cheaper elsewhere and would recommend you avoid this place.

I was quoted for a procedure that I saw done in 10 minutes on YouTube with a part that appears to be available for $10-$20 from a cursory search (not exactly deal hunting). The quote was for half the price I paid for the phone. I could buy a brand new one, same model, for the same price. I can also have it repaired at less than half the quoted price. On the plus side, the person I talked to wasnt unpleasant.

So glad a co-worker / friend recommended this place to me! I had an iPhone 6S with a badly damaged screen, he had looking factory new in a very reasonable timeframe! They were super polite & helpful in answering some questions I had as well, and I even got my OtterBox here! 10/10 will definitely be back if I ever have more issues with my phone.

I took my iPhone 5c in because of water damage. They didnt make any promises but within 24 hours my phone was working just fine! They had better prices than everyone else. The only problem I had is I had a very hard time contacting them the next day. I live almost an hour away and had to just hope they were open when I got there. Thanks again!

Dropped my iphone and smashed the screen. While the cost was quite a bit more ($160) than apples mail in option ($79), I had my phone back in about an hour looking and functioning as good as new. The credit card machine wasnt working, so I needed to go and get cash which isnt very easy given the extent of the traffic in their location.

The business is recently under new management! Very fast, inexpensive, and professional repair. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work. They fixed my screen and gave me a great deal on a screen protector. I paid less for the new screen and protector than most local places charge for just the repair and bench fee!

These guys were great! Joseph helped me out right away which was great after several other places couldnt. He gave me a much better price than any other repair service in the area and was actually able to fix all the broken parts on my phone instead of just a few like other people could.

Excellent repair, very fair price. A little bit of a wait to get a part on an iPad 2, which is an older unit, but the repair has held up well and everything works as it should. The owner also gave me a discount on a protective case to keep any damage from happening again.

I walked in thinking I needed a $135 fix and it would take an hour. The owner is so honest, he told me I had only broken the screen protector and supplied me quickly with a new one which he installed after cleaning my phone for me. Keep this place in business!
