Doesnt seem like they have much merchandise. The employee I delt with after damaging my phone didnt bother looking at my plan and rang me out full price for the replacement phone and tried to argue that I did not have insurance on the original phone.

Nate is the most patient and caring Verizon rep Ive ever dealt with. Everyone in the store is helpful and you dont have to take a number and wait an hour just to ask a question. This is my favorite Verizon store to go to.
