Great people to deal with. Much better than other corporate stores iv been to. Iv been buying phones there for over 4 yrs and been in there many times just asking question about my new droid2 phone witch i paid the same price as other Verizon stores i went too. I also cracked the screen on a phone couple years ago and went to the mall and they would not help me at all. I went to Watertown and he ordered the part and gave me a loaner phone to use while he was fixing my phone. If your looking for a place to go and get all your question answered and not feel like your another number. Go see these guys they know what there doing.

bought a LG Dare in 2008, wanted a Droid so i figure I go to the same store. Mistake. The sales guy told me it was going to be $300 out of pocket and that the HTC and Motorola droids were the same price. Went to the Farmington/Unionville Verizon store, they sold me the same phone for $200, transferred my contacts for free (watertown place wanted $15 bucks) and gave me a free car charger. I would think a business in this economy would appreciate a repeat customer not try to scam them. Never again will I shop there.

I am 16 years old, and the seller was some mac fan trying to get me to buy a samsung intensity touch phone, after buying it i gave him my password and told him to take off my monthly insurance fee, I asked twice, and he assured me that he did, well 8 months later my parents added up my bill and i had to pay an extra 40 bucks, I have lost my respect for this branch and will use the one in Waterbury from now on, teenagers BEWARE make sure you do not get taken advantage of.
