This store is awful. They lied to me about my plan. Convinced me to take a so called free tablet without giving me all the details and now after having tried to return the tablet I am fighting to get the data plan off my account. I have been calling for two weeks and even version customer service has been calling and the manager wont return my phone calls or theirs and the one time I did reach him he lied to me and said the tablet was taken care of when in fact now two weeks later it has not. I was told only the store manager can return things and funny how he never seems to be there to do so. I will never go to this store again. UPDATE: 5/6/2016 I am now being called by collections for what this store has done to me. Even Verizon management cant get them to give a straight answer on the phone. I agree with the person below who said they were scammed at this store. I have another friend who the same thing happened to him as well. I have reported them but I will NEVER be going to this store again. I would not trust them or tell anyone to go there for the headache I have had after dealing with them. There are so many other Verizon stores around that I would rather drive the extra miles then deal with the management and shadiness of this store!

I was scammed at this location. Upgraded my phone and told as part of a promotional program I could buy a jet pack for 1 penny. I was never informed that in getting the jet pack for a penny I was signing up for another phone line with monthly payment and activation fee and signed into a 2 year contract with a early termination fee of 175. Again NONE of the above information was explained at all. I thought I was signing for the phone upgrade. I found all this out when I received a letter in the mail from Verizon saying thank you for opening a new phone line. To add insult to injury, I supposedly had 14 days to return jet pack and cancel line but received letter 2 days after the 14 day and the Essex junction Verizon manager said he would not take the jet pack as I signed. BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!! DONT GO HERE!! The better business bureau is investigating this as well.

Hi , I just wanted everyone to know if youre a Verizon user atthe Park St., Verizon store in Essex Junction Vermont they have the most awesome people working for them. one gentleman in particular helped me more than he should have he literally went out of his way and took his time with me to help me get back into my accounts. I had forgotten all passwords and anything you need to get into your phone and accounts I had forgot he spent over an hour with me helping me get back into my phone accounts he is amazing. I am usually not one to ever write reviews or comments about things but I had to let everyone know about this gentleman his name is all Alden and if you ever have any issues I would recommend asking for him. Was absolutely amazing and so patient and kind thank you for all you did for me.

Cannot say enough good things about the quality of service from Sean et al at this location. We came in on a Sunday afternoon needing to switch from Sprint and get three phones up and running. Came in at 3PM, they close at 4PM and they stayed until 5:15 to get it all done on that day since that was the time we had. And then, he apologized to us for taking so long. Even offered my 13 yr old sun a slice of pizza since he was hungry. Local, knowledgeable, positive attitude, competitive and very clear explanation of programs and costs. I never write reviews but had to this time. Well done gentlemen. Keep it up.

Aldin is AMAZING! Every time I have a question or concern, he is always been able to solve it or he would get back to me with an answer! Verizon should be very proud to have such a knowledgeable employee! He is an ASSET to the Verizon company and is an example to what all employees should be like!! I have already referred him to few of my friends and colleagues at work and one of them has been in the store recently and had an amazing experience! GoWireless is Verizon Wireless in my eyes!!!

We have been going to this store for awhile now. I am SO glad we decided to go there again. I had been having some issues with my old phone, come to find out more than one. Brandon was very patient, professional, courteous and tried just about everything he could to help us out. He was able to finally get it all taken care of and we are very happy with the work that they do there.

This store is AMAZING! I much prefer going here and getting help from the pleasant and knowledgeable employees over going to the corporate store in South Burlington only to wait in the queue forever and usually end up working with someone who has no idea what theyre talking about. Would never consider going to any other Verizon store except this one. These people do absolutely everything in their power to make sure you arent getting ripped off, and they genuinely care about your satisfaction. Cant thank them (but shout out to Aldin in particular) enough!

These guys are amazing! Why go to the corporate store and feel like you walked into a DMV when you can get help with these guys here for a fraction of the time. Consultant Aldin was super helpful and i would recomend people to go see him! Very patient with customers.

Came in to upgrade my iPhone to a 6S, was approached and helped immediately by Brandon. The process was quick and painless. He even talked to my mom on the phone to clear up any confusion with the future bill. One of the best "Verizon" experiences Ive had to date.
