I do not usually write reviews however the professionalism and hard work of a young man who works in that store should not go unnoticed. His name is Anthony. As I waited to be helped I noticed an Anthony dealing with another customer, the customer was extremely upset, instead of the typical fake line “I’m sorry that happened” Anthony said let me help you fix that, turns out the customer went to a Verizon corporate store and they messed something up an wouldn’t fix it and the customer was very upset about it, I can only assume he felt like that the verizon corporate store took advantage of him. To make a long story short through small talk an jokes Anthony seem to turn the customer mood around completely. The customer started to joke back with him, I WANTED to work with Anthony myself, so when the next employee wanted to help me I politely asked to wait for Anthony. Anthony then resolve the original customer issue, the customer had fought with another store for weeks Anthony fixed it with a phone call Anthony then apologized that the other store did not do that an let the customer know he could ALWAYS come here for anything he needs and he’s glad to help. Seeing this good experience I could not help but to find out for myself, Anthony heard I asked to wait for him after dealing with that customer Anthony then walked up to me greeted me and introduced himself without anyone telling him I was waiting, needless to say he helped me as well, I then wanted to give my business to him directly, for now on I will only see Anthony it makes going to the cellphone store from dreadful and feeling like im going to always lose, to feeling like I’m making the right choice and a fun experience, I asked him if there is anyone I could email for him to get recognized for his hard work, he said the biggest thing that would help him is a simple Google review and to write on Google how I felt about my experience with him and rate it with his honest opinion, it’s the only way himself and his store can get better and learn from customer opinions, as well as show the community their hard work. Any chance I get I will refer someone to go see Anthony and trust he will do the right thing for them, as he did for myself. - Mark

Firstly let me state that I am not usually the type of person to write a review I bought a phone from this location my husband an I shop here however our last experience we dealt with a chris fayet and it has not been a pleasant one. He sold us a phone and told us it was a great phone a month after when I wanted to return it he told me its a bad phone and I asked if a lot of people had problems with this phone he said yes..... then I reminded him he sold it to me and I wanted to return it but due to being a few days outside the return policy he said no. I am very upset and I feel lied too and whats more but the day he sold it to me it was a great phone. The day he sold it to me Chris expressed financial problems and dealing with a lot of stuff I usually dont mind if someone vents but my husband an I thought that was extremely unprofessional now Im understanding when he said great it was great for him to sell. I spoke with a lot of people about this a lot of people have nice things to say about Chris however some people agree with me we feel cheated. My husband an I will not be returning to this store we will be likely switching our services. It is unacceptable that I am stuck in a "bad phone" that he sold me a few weeks ago an now have to deal with for 23 more months. Chris asked if I thought he did good let Google know.... Well here it is when he took my money it was great besides for dealing with him vent.... going back an returning my phone? I feel cheated I am unhappy and at this point I will never be returning to this location let alone Verizon wireless. It took me a long time to write this based off all the employees in the store are always helpful and they may be effected by this review however this is unacceptable and something needs to be done.

To Whom It May Concern, and all customers. Anthony deserves to become the manager, Anthony Had the store in full Control. It was only Anthony and a new guy named Will, as the store started to fill up, Anthony remained calm, Happily greeted everyone and took care of all of us, as he jumped back an forth between customers he also kept an eye on Will teaching him something new, Anthony politely asked each of us to follow him to a work station an not only did he help me, but he also helped the following customers, at one point he was juggling myself, 2 other customers and helping will with his customer, aswell as He offered us bottled water since as it was extremely hot today. I do not usually write these reviews, However Anthony DESERVES and has EARNED this praise. Anthony went above and beyond, for myself aswell as the other customers , Anthony has earned my business. I hope this company see the same value in him as i do.

I switched from AT&T, I Walked in and spoke with Anthony, his professionalism and knowledge is what made me switch, I was having a rough day with work and my personal life, the last thing I needed was for my phone to act up, I went in for help since their is no AT&T store around expect Danbury/Trumble both of which are out the way, Anthony Not only Fixed my problem, He did it happily! Ive been in other stores and because Im not buying something Im kind of shoved off. I left an returned with my family and switched. All Because the way Anthony treated me, I wasnt just a customer or a sale. he treated me as if we knew each other for awhile and gave me the best deal he could give me. PLUS I saved $20.00 a month!! with new phones!! The price point was a bonus what I care about is how Anthony treated me as a person knowing he would get nothing out of it. Anthony has forever earned my business.

This is THE BEST Verizon store that I had EVER been in. Ive been been stuck for years into the flip-flap phone,just because EVERY store that Ive been in was "too busy" to take time to explain ,just looking for a fast sell. I wanted a new phone, so I decided to try the Newtown store that just opened. Chris ,the store manager and Sam made this transition very easy and pleasant.They walk me to the steps(that was not easy for me),took time,and stood by ANY question that I had(a lot) even after the purchase. Very nice and quality store ,you are treating as a person ,not as a number.

Chris and his team are awesome! Extremely friendly and helpful as well as super efficient. Chris had my new iPhone 7 plus activate and ready to go in about 30 minutes. As a fellow retail store manager, I watched how his team interacted with other customers while Chris helped me. They were all extremely professional and courteous, working together to make sure they helped one customer who was having issues with Verizon corporate. Overall awesome experience and my whole family will be going here and no where else for new phones.
