This is a long due review. I went to this store on 9/24/16 to buy a charging cable for my iphone 5. I had so much trouble charging the phone as I was using non-apple cables (that was I thought). Finally I decided to buy the expensive apple cable from this store and told them the trouble I am having. They gave me the OEM apple cable and that worked. However the manager Sarah looked at my phone and figured the underneath the charging port has lint collection (she knew right away what and where to look). In a few minutes my phone was cleaned plus was able charge the phone with my cheap cable (all three of them!!). I ended up buying the apple cable anyways to thank her and her assistant. They did an excellent job.

After visiting my hometown AT&T store and being repeatedly unhappy and frustrated I visited the Dorset St branch while in Burlington. The services was fast, professional, and respectful (Im a bit of a technological dinosaur... Remember party phone lines?). The young man who helped me today knew his stuff, but talked with me on my level, pressure free. From the moment I walked through the door he was available to answer all of my questions and assisted me with all of my cell phone needs. The Dorset St. store is 90 minutes from home, but well worth the drive!!

Today I visited the store to sort out my phone plan and upgrade. I had previously spoken to 4 different individuals from AT&T corporate about the same issues, with no guidance. I was ready to throw in the towel and leave AT&T. However today, at the store I had the opportunity to speak with Kevin, who patiently walked me thru the options, and while I did not purchase anything, he provided insight and direction. I would HIGHLY recommend this store and particularly Kevin.

Helpful staff, more concerned with customer satisfaction than pressing a sale. Sometimes, you may need to deal with their corporate offices via their phone system (which can be a bother). I have gone in with and without an appointment (I recommend making an appointment if it is a busy time of day/day). They have helped me with urgent insurance claims when my phone broke and have helped keep my families business talking!

My family and i have been using this location for our cell phone needs ever since it was known as Celluar One. We have always gotten above average service and made to feel very welcome. The stafe really know their stuff, and if there is something they are not sure about, they will let you know and do all they can to research it for you. You mey need to wait sometimes for service, but i feel it is worth it.

Ive been in to this branch 3 or 4 times now, and they have never - not once - been able to solve my problem. When Ive gone to other branches in Boston they have always solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Would not recommend going to this store for anything because it would be pointless. Seriously.

Ive been coming here since back when the sign said Unicel. These guys are always helpful, fast, and great with customer service. AT&T has the best reception in Vermont (especially in the more far-out areas), and this is my favorite store to get my wireless needs covered.
