Customer for more than 10 yrs and I still cant get a break!(Discount) Talk about loyalty..smh. As per a previous review, guess loyalty doesnt matter much either. Reason I got glasses so I wouldnt have to pay everytime I needed emergent contacts. Contacts that arent even true prescription. If I needed just 1 contact, I have always been charged $15, now all of a sudden its up $2.50. And to get upset as if they are the one to be blamed for charging me that all these yrs. Not even for a customer that has spent hundreds in the past 10 yrs. I think thisll be my last visit.

You know, it takes a lot for me to make a bad review. Im a tenured customer I always get my contacts here and services fast and quick. I got off work at 5:30 got stuck in traffic and I called a lady answered and I asked if I can be able to purchase contacts and I know I was going to be a little bit late but I was just asking if she could stay open for a little bit longer she told me no. She told me I have to get here on time. Like really? You cant stay open to make an extra $25 and help out a customer? I just found it stupid.

Main Optical was highly recommended to me so I called today to set up an appointment and the woman that answered the phone was rude. She sounded so put out by answering the phone. She answered my questions with as few words as possible as if I was bothering her. So my first impression of this establishment is not favorable. I will not give them my business.

Sophisticated colors on the walls to match the professional manner in which this place is ran. A bit of organizing the front office would make the place more appealing. Best and ONLY place I recommend for eyewear ANYTHING!
