If I could give this drugstore a 0 rating I would for the way they(particular pharmacy staff) have treated my family members, they are rude, and have also stated that they have rights to know the conversations ect. Of my family members and their conversations, diagnosiss, ect. Which I politely told them they were in violation of their hipaa rights. And they said they were not. Theres just no sense in being so rude, and the way they treat those who attend pain management doctors is awful. They embarrass them and treat them as drug addicts. I do understand that theyre unfortunately those who are, and those make those who are truly in pain, and have been diagnosed through numerous testings look bad. Not fair. They can tell who is and who isnt, just by using common sense. You know in every type of business, there is a reason for that business and without the need for that business there would be no customers. Just like cops without those who break the law their would be no need for cops. Without doctors, there would be no need for pharmacist ect. Ect. There was a time when persons went into a perfession because thats what they wanted to do, but now its just about money, theirs no compassion with some nurses anymore, doctors even, Cops. Its not fair that those who truly went into their profession because of how they care about people, that the others who only care of themselves and money make them who do look bad.

The pharmacy here stays pretty busy, but they generally have a good amount of people working to get everyone taken care of. I recently had a surprising experience at the pharmacy counter. My discount card didnt work like it previously had, which made my prescription $30 higher. Instead of making me pay that, the pharmacy tech found me another prescription card that worked to bring the price down to the previous amount. Very thankful for that. This is a pretty good Walgreens. Theyre very aware of their customers and try to get them taken care of quickly.

Pharmacy staff need their credentials checked. I am truly concerned for the functioning of this pharmacy with such an cognitively-impaired staff. Update: the heavy-set blonde woman who seems to work night shift often, has on multiple occasions, failed to verify my identity while picking up prescriptions. This is troubling obviously because anyone could pick up anyones prescription... Moreover, she and the other ignorant staff should have their training updated.

We were just at walgreens at the corner of stone drive and fairview. A cashier, named Katrina, was such a refreshing change from the usual . We had questions about products coupons, sale item, etc. and Katrina answered all our questions and went out of her way to help us. She was such a blessing after a very hectic day of "back to school shopping " Thank you Katrina, you ended our day on a good note, and made us look forward to shopping again at walgreens.

I come in quite often just to get a few things after work and the cashiers and staff are always friendly and helpful. Katrina is always a sweetheart and I love stopping by even just to chat. I dont know the name of the other girl on Katrinas time off, but she is also very kind and helpful. Shes an African American girl. The daytime shift is very helpful as well. Will continue to shop here. Thank you!!!

Today at 7:35 Am I called to check on a couple refills that I had called in the previous afternoon, The individule I spoke too, Angie, had a very pleasent personality and great attitude, her conduct was professional and very helpful, she made my day with her great morning attitude . The pharmacy staff are VERY RUDE, they will not listen to customers, or even let them finish their sentences for that matter!! Will never go to another Walgreens again. The pharmacist Debbie was the rudest of them all, she should not work with the public at all!!!!!!

I had to wait 2 hours for a prescription!! I would definitely recommend everyone to go somewhere else! They are very unfriendly and ridiculously slow! Beats all I have ever seen!! Never again will I go back there!!! Screw them!!!!!!!!

I have been waiting 2 hours and still waiting with my sick 3 year old for 1 prescription!!! This is ridiculous. Last time we came here it was the same way several months ago! This will be the last time I use this pharmacy.
